Ceolskog is the solo project of Adam Helliwell, a singer and guitarist from New Zealand. Ceol is an Irish word meaning music, and skog means forest in Norwegian. The primary musical style of Ceolskog is folk metal (a cross between traditional folk and heavy metal), but also touches upon other genres, such as country rock, power metal and acoustic folk.
