Deja Vu is a indie pop record with catchy vocal hooks, bass grooves and sounds inspired from the 80s. The song gets you on your toes right from the start when Sparsh's vocals come in and by the chorus the song explodes with melodic synths and heavy bass grooves. Semwal has done the production and mix on the song and his vocals come in fresh on the second verse.

Sparsh and Semwal are one of the few Indians who can make english pop records that are radio friendly. Deja Vu is their highly anticipated collaboration after "Through These Years".
