This week's Full Moon is in the communicative sign of Gemini. That makes your brain seem to work at record speed around this full moon. You are overflowing with good ideas and you can suddenly find the solution to things that have been dormant in your mind for a long time.

In addition, this Full Moon could just cause fatigue. Gemini is a sign that constantly seeks mental stimulation. It is curious, inquisitive and fond of social occasions. Revelation of Sound is pleased to present John Plaza. He is a Chilean artist based in Barcelona, owner of Linderluft Records.His sound is characterized by minimalist percussions, continuous atmospheres, breakbeat rhythms and a search for mental journeys and movements. 

Since he started producing, he has released music on labels such as: KVLTÖ Records, Annulled music, Fur:ther Sessions, BAHN· Records, The Gods Planet, Postdynamic, NFEREE, Space Textures, Circular Limited, to name a few. We can also highlight his active collaboration in more than 30 podcasts worldwide, sharing his vision of deep and hypnotic techno. MONUMENT Podcast and The Memoir by Hypnus Records are his most important contributions.

His productions have included the support of artists such as Claudio PRC, Ness, Svarog, Dorian Gray, Lakej, Alexskyspirit, Abastract Division, Len Faki, DVS1, Petit Astronaute, Doctrina Natura, Save Your Atoll, Kontinum, Blazej Malinowski among others. Some of his tracks have been remixed by artists such as Joaquín Ruiz, Dorian Gray, Smoley, Fernie, Petit Astronaute, Martyn Päsch, Kontinum, Doctrina Natura, Save Your Atoll, a n j e, Svarog, Ness & Blazej Malinowski.

Currently living in Barcelona, John is developing his international career on the European circuit, and is also collaborating with artists, labels, radio shows and more in the Barcelona scene.

Commanding our space vessel across the sonic realms of The Continuum we have captain Adjust(BE). He will ensure that our 8th exploration lands successfully and that the journey is a stellar one. 

Ruben's output as Adjust(BE) captured us since the early days of this podcast. A very prolific musician, you will find his productions on some of the biggest labels in the game: Khoros, Bahn, The Gods Planet, Kvlto, Informa, Space Textures... and a quick look at his instagram feed will show you he has also piloted decks around the Europe and beyond. 

How to explain Adjust(BE)? Cinematic sounds, rich and full atmospheres, and super evocative and emotional soundscapes are some of the classic descriptions one could give to his craft. But on a more personal note, to me he embodies the classic deep techno sound that I have been craving for a while. Beautiful, well done, four to the floor hypnotic stuff. And while experimental, half time, and other genres are also part of our menu, we love ourselves a portion of the sound we once fell in love with and started this journey for us. And Ruben serves that sound like no other. 

His contribution to The Continuum his a timeless selection of this deep and cinematic techno, beautifully mixed, with plenty of his own productions and with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it. Yesterday's Full Moon was in the sign of Libra, where 'balance' and 'relations' are the main themes.

This Full Moon emphasizes self versus other. You versus us. This is due to the influence of the sign of Aries, which the sun is now in, and the sign of Libra, in which the Full Moon occurs. Aries is very focused on itself. This sign does what it wants and likes to be the best, even if it has to disappoint another person from time to time to do so. Aries does not always do this consciously; occasionally this sign allows itself to be overly guided by its enthusiastic and fiery nature. 

The focus during this Full Moon is also on the topic of relationships. This is because of the ruling planet of the sign of Libra, Venus. Venus is seen in astrology as the love planet and is about being in harmony with others. Venus' energy is present when I-thinking gives way to we-thinking.

Diving deep into the underground music scene, this artist discovered his true voice in techno in 2016. After honing his craft at MUSICASA in 2018 and releasing on labels like SMR Underground and Tanzgemeinschaft, he shifted focus in 2022 toward hypnotic, atmospheric techno and ambient music—genres that better reflect his artistic soul.

He is the mind behind the ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ podcast, featuring over 130 episodes of guest DJ mixes, and in 2023 launched ‘Andhera’, a deep-techno podcast released with every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse.

His sound is a delicate balance of light and darkness—melancholic, immersive, and emotionally charged. Through low-end frequencies, eerie synths, and ambient soundscapes, he invites listeners on transformative journeys through the depths of underground techno.

Today we have a Full Moon in the mysterious and intense sign Scorpio and right in the opposite of the sign Taurus.

Scorpio is not afraid of a little darkness. In fact, this sign prefers to dive straight in. No sense of superficiality, no masks, no fancy talk. This week's Full Moon is in the optimistic sign of Sagittarius. Typical Sagittarius themes are enthusiasm, expansion, philosophy, travel; everything is about enlarging. Expanding your knowledge, your dreams, your opportunities, your experiences. And the Sagittarius does all this with a philosophical edge. This sign is looking for the deeper meaning behind everything that happens. 

That all sounds positive, but then there is the influence of Gemini (the sign the sun is in) that can make these days just a little more difficult. Sagittarius and Gemini are true opposites. Where Sagittarius philosophizes about the (distant) future, Gemini is present in the here and now.

Last week's Full Moon in Capricorn puts the focus on the future. As a matter of course, you are working on the goals you want to achieve. You feel that you shouldn't sit back now, but want to get to work. This has everything to do with the influence of the sign of Capricorn. Capricorn has a strong need for security. This sign is always working toward goals, ultimately creating a stable, secure situation for itself. 

Although Capricorn and Cancer (the sign in which the sun is) are opposites, they are both focused on security and safety. This expresses itself in different ways. Capricorn cares about a good reputation and is willing to work hard to get it. It is not surprising if Capricorn spends a lot of time in the workplace or in the (home) office. “An unseen balance between light and darkness”

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.

Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...

After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

Host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ (2020-2023), he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mix, where the DJ/producer is the key element.

For over 130 episodes spreading over 3 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing daily.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Andhera’, which translates to ‘darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.
