Wandering Under the Rain

This is the first single from Headradio as well as my first collab with Aimée Britannia.
2020 started with a lot of pain (both emotional and physical) and heartbreak for me, I could barely sleep or function at all. One day I poured all of those emotions into this beat.
Later on, Aimée picked up on those feelings, she wrote and recorded the perfect lyrics and vocals that captured/expressed exactly what I was feeling. It was a really great start that laid the groundwork for our second collaboration.

We've participated in the metapop remix competition to remix the track from https://soundcloud.com/swanmeat called 'Sucking Grown'.

We came fourth in the competition with hundreds of submissions.

Needles to say we're absolutely thrilled and proud!

We loaded all the stems and chopped up the parts we like. 
Some stems we left untouched, others we transformed a little or even converted to work with the MIDI notes. We added some acid sounds to create a certain vibe to the song with a small Boston168 flavour.

Udjat - Before

Udjat is an electronic music producer and artist who focuses on creating stunning new sounds, inspired by progressive house, as well as other styles. His releases excel in terms of production and sound design alike, and his most recent studio work hits the mark too! The track is titled “Before,” and it has a very edgy and one-of-a-kind tone, which creates a special atmosphere and a one-of-a-kind take on the arrangement. In particular, the rhythmic elements in the mix are layered to perfection. The drums cut through the mix but they are never too harsh, enabling the hats to dictate the swing of the groove, while holding it all down firmly with a massive kick and snare pattern. The bouncy arpeggiated synth parts also lock in with the beat really nicely, enabling the rhythm to acquire even more motion and depth.

Andy Kunta - Solstice

Andy Kunta has just dropped his fresh new electronic release “Solstice”. 

This multi-layered release kicks off with a hypnotic rhythm that gradually builds throughout the composition. The uplifting energy and inspiring power of the release immediately draws the listener into the mix. Once you start listening to an Andy Kunta track, your adrenaline will start pumping and it’s impossible to press the stop button! 

In this progressive house track, the melody is intricate and captivating. There is also an industrial feel to the electronic soundscape that is reminiscent of the likes of Kraftwerk, Autobahn, and deadmau5, to mention but a few iconic acts. 

The vibe and feel of this brand new release almost seems cinematic. I can imagine it being the soundtrack to an exciting high-speed car chase in a film like Fast and Furious or Good Time.

If this wasn’t enough, there is a stellar production aesthetic in the “Solstice” that gives the release a contemporary edge. This showcases Andy’s creative flair, attention to detail, and unique approach to production.

“An unseen balance between light and darkness”

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.

Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...

After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

Host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ (2020-2023), he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mix, where the DJ/producer is the key element.

For over 130 episodes spreading over 3 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing daily.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Andhera’, which translates to ‘darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

An artist, hand-picked by himself, whom he highly admires, respects and who empowers and understands techno’s dark, ambient and emotional side.⁠

His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly, yet delicate, carved out balance between light and darkness, melancholic and emotionally charged. Cinematic sounds, rich and full of atmospheres, super evocative soundscapes with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it.
