Given the rumor that Derek Shulman might put in an appearance at the very first GORGG, held at the (now-closed) Heartland Brewery location near Radio City Music Hall in NYC on October 9, 1999, Advent prepared the first verse of "On Reflection" to sing with him. Since Derek didn't end up showing up, we spoke with Geir Hasnes, who kindly pulled the score out of his backpack and offered to sing Derek's part with us. The four of us went outside and sang this on the street (right by the entrance to the Heartland) and Frank Lauria was kind enough to capture our performance on his portable recorder.
