The City Smells Like Cat Spit is a collection of studio takes of the massively morphed live performance versions of APBWAS's 2017 album What I Speak I Create songs "W*tch" and "Every Stone A Seance", a remix of that album's "Hex And The City" by wave pioneer Resonata, and a new track, 'Kristae (The Strawberry Girl)", which APBWAS has been workshopping live for the better portion of 2018 and presented in recorded form here for the first time. 

The City Smells Like Cat Spit finds the duo of Russ Marshalek and Laura Hajek in fluid motion, with tendrils reaching into contemporary shoegaze and goth, melodic electronic uplift, and experimental noise construction.
