First time playing in the city where I had my earliest nightlife experiences (as I grew up just some 40km south of it) has been a real pleasure and unforgettable experience, especially at this incredible sweet and well organized open air event!

I want also thank my best friend Franzi for supporting me before and during my gig, @lisa_luka and @ouhana for the good company and their great music and my dad for coming by and dancing the first time to my music <3

Today, we proudly welcome a new member among our small, yet exquisite circle of artists: FRANCESCA!!!


Grown & raised in the far lands of Bavaria, she has managed to make a name for herself in the national scene with her groovy, yet deep to nasty sound.

Her musical likings could be best described by comparing them to a Chameleon: While she primarily plays Slowtech, she can equally get enthusiastic about picking up the pace with (Psy)Techno & 90s House. However, she always infuses her sets with a playful vibe & a touch of nonchalance.

Besides joining Afterhour Sounds, Francesca is also an active member of both, Munich-based Bushbash collective and Femquency (Berlin).


Francesca's role will focus on advancing Afterhour Sounds' presence on Sportify, as well as supporting MTvE with event planning.

To celebrate Francesca joining Afterhour Sounds, we'd like to share the b2b-set, she & MTvE played at this year's MIT DIR-festival (2024). Listen & enjoy!

Saturday 3 p.m. opening Atlantis - the biggest stage at Bucht der Träumer* 2024. I'm still processing what happened! 😳💥

This festival became a room of longings every since I visited it 2019. Becoming part of this crew is still one of the biggest gifts that ever happened to me. Now, to have had the honor to open this floor on saturday calls for a reality check! 

And the biggest proof of love I could receive: everyone of you who sticked to the dancefloor while the sun was melting the sand underneath our feets. You guys were amazing! Really too hot to handle!!🫠 🫶

Thanks for all the lovely words afterwards, your energy throughout this two hour ride and your respect for each other. Once again all you dreamers* made a huge difference!💞
