Sebastian Toledo and Ari Franco are an electronic music dj duo from Buenos Aires, influenced by different deep and groovy sounds of Techno and Tech-House.
Being friends since their early years, they started to listen to electronic music at the aged of 14. Not long after that, they felt that they wanted to be part of that world and began to experience in the art of mixing, getting involved with well-known music schools such as the EMBA and Inartec with experienced djs and producers like Hernan Cerbello and Juan Pryor.
At this point of their carreer, they shared decks with important national artists of the national underground scene and played in recognized clubs like Niceto Club, Garden Groove, Social Club, and many others.

A DJ having released music on some of the most famous techno labels in the world: Patterns, Schubfaktor and Vernacular. Participant and organizer of major dance events across Siberia with the participation of artists such as DIESELBOY, Robin Chaos, KHATARSIS, DJ K and others. The only headliner of the famous British D-N-B festival therapy session, who was playing his own techno music. The founder of the first Russian techno/D-N-B label Future13 and innovative Chernobyl music. One of the few DJs that for reviews has developed his own distinctive music style, encompassing the elements of the environment, neurodub, breakbeat, TBM, and electro. Tracks BAKALOV D can be found in mixes from Dave Clarke, Mario Ranieri, Victor Stroganov, Kaufmen Finn and many others. His unique performances are hypnotic and darkness, witchcraft and madness.

26 April 1986 had happened a terrible man-caused catastrophe. Consequences of the Chernobyl Atomic Power Plant Explosion affected many people of all over the world. There was a black day of nuclear engineering, but also turnout moment which showed to mankind how terrible the price of our carelessness can bе.

Fortunately, Universe is made in such a way that every occurrence had ever happened couldn't have only negative influence. Since 1986 making had learned a lesson. And today Chernobyl Catastrophe became source of creative ideas for a many people, as a turning point of a technocratic human world.
