Vanessa takes the role of Glyde. You know her deal. Was rather controlling with her Prince, thought he was cheating on her and locked him up in the basement for dead, became an eldritch tomato. In this timeline however... something has changed. On top of everything else that Mu's Time Piece smashing spree caused, it also somehow freed Vanessa from her near-lifelong curse?? For the first time (probably in her life,) she’s able to think clearly without all that bad magic stuffing things up. Realizing that her Prince likely wouldn’t want to see her again, wherever he might be, Vanessa voluntarily stays in the manor for the most part nowadays. All the same, she has a persistent guilt over her curse-addled actions and (to her) a fruitless desire to patch things up with her Prince.

So ye I decided to just extract the original vocals with AI and use those. Doesn't mean I had it easy persay, but I figured I could get away with not having *everything* done wholly from scratch for once lol.
Anyhow, this track was easily the most COLOSSAL PAIN IN THE ASS TO TRANSCRIBE **EVER,** and the tempo is the sole factor responsible for it!! Took a TON of editing to get everything aligned, especially the vocals. Wound up being well worth the effort tho. From what I've been able to notice at least, no one has ever done a more orchestral version of this that's also tried to "play it straight," so to speak (as in just sticking to the length of the original song.) Was a very fun time figuring out how I wanted to do just that once the base transcription was done, and I'm very happy with the result. Hope you guys enjoy!

I've been neglecting SoundCloud, recently. With Underground finally officially released, I wanted to come back and release the singles on here, too. To prepare for the release, I ended up re-recording the entire album with new orchestra libraries, and this ended up as one of my favourite tracks to show how much of a difference that made.

An Evening with the Underground Symphonic Orchestra is a two-hour symphony/orchestral score based on the work of Toby Fox from the soundtrack of Undertale, reimagined as an orchestral work from Undertale's mix of 16-bit-ish and MIDI sounds and arranged into an imaginary film score. Undertale is one of my favourite games of all time and has one of the most intelligently-written soundtracks that I know, so this is the least that I can do to pay tribute to a game that means so much to me. The full album saw its official release in May 2022.

Mustache Girl takes on a hybrid Asgore and Asriel role. Years ago, she took Hat Kid's Time Pieces and set into motion a chain of events that would drastically change the world as everyone knew it, including her being in charge of the whole world. She thought this would be the best way to serve "proper" justice back then, but now? She's just tired. Mu's *been* done with this for quite some time, and she feels deeply trapped. That no matter how much she just wants to turn back the clock and just have a friend, or even a home to call her own... she's come so far, she can't stop now! The spark that started this mess is long gone (and that's putting it lightly,) but Mu sure as hell isn't going to actually say it, let alone give in to Bow without a fight.

Did not expect to be updating one of the tracks that I *actually bothered to port over* from my main SC so soon, yet here we are! Have rly started to dislike the V1 more and more, so I wanted to do smth more fitting as a Determination replacement (even without the AU context.) Kept the instruments from Darkness Falls like the V1, but incorporated further sound elements from Faint Courage; also referenced a mf scale this time(!!!) And while Main Theme/Title Screen is still here ala the second half's chords, I decided to incorporate Get Lost as the *melody* in that section this time.
Am much happier with this track now, and I hope you guys enjoy! --Ashley

Cooking Cat and Goofy Mafia share the Toriel role. They both watch over the settlement in Subcon Forest, trying to keep the Mafia safe from danger (self-imposed or otherwise.) Notably though, Cookie is the only one to talk to Bow Kid unprompted, even during the tutorial fight in which this Anticipation plays. This is but the start of a trend, as Bow's very presence pushes Cooking Cat and Goofy Mafia's bond to its very limit, and maybe even beyond...
As for "this minion," that's one of *Snatcher's* many minions in Subcon Forest. Don't worry though; it's not actually possible to kill them on most routes!

Aside from the slimmest motif choices, the Enemy Approaching and (by extension) Anticipation replacements stumped me for the longest while I've been compiling a personal music doc I refer to behind the scenes; I *genuinely* had no good ideas for this thing. Luggi wound up going in a "funky" sort of direction, and it was JUST the thing that I didn't even know I needed. He did an incredible job bringing this to life, especially given how little of a starting idea I gave him to work with. Hope you guys enjoy! --Ashley

Part Three:
A whole variety of films and television programmes have been based on Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1865) and its sequel, Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There (1871). The first film ever made was in the UK in 1903. It was a silent live-action short. The United States quickly followed and became prolific with Alice productions. A certain Walt Disney directed a series of silent animated live-action shorts from 1923 to 1927. Over the years, films have been produced in Australia, Brazil, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Japan and the USSR. 
Trivia: The character of the “Mad Hatter" is thought to have been inspired by the phrase "mad as a hatter." It refers to mercury poisoning in hatmakers during the Victorian era (traces of arsenic have also been discovered). Another theory was of an eccentric furniture dealer in Oxford named Theophilus Carter. Carter's flamboyant style and the use of mercury in hat-making during that time add further intrigue to the Mad Hatter’s origin.
