Mustache Girl takes on a hybrid Asgore and Asriel role. The time that she hasn't been looking forward to has arrived: it's the ultimate clash, where "good" will triumph over "evil." Or at least... that's what she forces herself to believe. Deep down, however, she knows that either her or Bow won't make it out of this scrape alive. Mu's tired, and has been for a long while now, but that won't stop her from putting up one final stand for her "righteous" goal. Bow's certainly going to have her work cut out for her!

And speaking of going completely off the fucking rails! XD
But yeah... given the context of the AU (plus Mu's motivations at this point,) I figured a bog standard ASGORE replacement wouldn't do the job as well. So needless to say, a different direction was VERY much taken here. The goal of this track was to fuse the general vibe/stylings of Attack of the Killer Queen, with the emotional tone + some additional instrumentation and section ideas from ASGORE; and hey, why not have some "heavy" parts to boot! Wound up working out far better than I'd initially planned when I commissioned Kristian, and I'm so insanely happy with how this turned out. He did a fantastic job as usual, especially with putting together so many ideas cohesively, and I went fucking *ham* putting the final bow on everything. The guitar sections especially were the perfect excuse for me to put my new amp VST -- Shreddage Amp XTC -- through its paces.
