It's been a while huh? I finally got my computer fixed, don't ask why it took so long. 
But I don't think I'm gonna be posting much music here, if any at all. I'm moving on to other projects, like a game I've been working on with a friend, called Letterwing.

Mustache Girl takes on a hybrid Asgore and Asriel role. The time that she hasn't been looking forward to has arrived: it's the ultimate clash, where "good" will triumph over "evil." Or at least... that's what she forces herself to believe. Deep down, however, she knows that either her or Bow won't make it out of this scrape alive. Mu's tired, and has been for a long while now, but that won't stop her from putting up one final stand for her "righteous" goal. Bow's certainly going to have her work cut out for her!

And speaking of going completely off the fucking rails! XD
But yeah... given the context of the AU (plus Mu's motivations at this point,) I figured a bog standard ASGORE replacement wouldn't do the job as well. So needless to say, a different direction was VERY much taken here. The goal of this track was to fuse the general vibe/stylings of Attack of the Killer Queen, with the emotional tone + some additional instrumentation and section ideas from ASGORE; and hey, why not have some "heavy" parts to boot! Wound up working out far better than I'd initially planned when I commissioned Kristian, and I'm so insanely happy with how this turned out. He did a fantastic job as usual, especially with putting together so many ideas cohesively, and I went fucking *ham* putting the final bow on everything. The guitar sections especially were the perfect excuse for me to put my new amp VST -- Shreddage Amp XTC -- through its paces.

Ku used to be part of a Lightner before he gained consciousness. After separating from the Lightner, he transformed into a darkner. He remembers what it was like to have a SOUL and has questioned the reality around him from the start. While he was a darkner, he met Wikee , the two became colleagues.
They often discussed about their theory on the dark world. Wikee was fascinated by the idea of another world above theirs, but Ku was intrigued by something else entirely. He encountered a man who validated his theories, even though the man believed such knowledge could drive a darkner mad. Ku, however, was unfazed by the truth. Impressed by Ku's intelligence, the man made him his assistant, leading Ku to leave Wikee behind to pursue his "purpose."
The man is looking to recruit more darkners like Ku to help him find a way back "home." Ku suggests using shadow crystals, which reveal the truth of their world to anyone who looks into them. Darkners who aren’t affected by the truth, like Ku, are the ones he wants to recruit. 

After making these shadow crystals, they go off to find darkners they find intriguing or promising. While they travel through dark worlds during the Titan war and recruits darkners , the man did so in a more ethical way, Ku takes a much darker approach. He doesn’t want anyone else as the man’s assistant, aiming to gain more control over the man’s research. So, for every promising darkner he encounters, he ruin their lives, sucking the joy out of them and using the shadow crystals to drive them insane, leaving them in a state where they can’t be considered recruitable.

After failing to recruit any Darkners, the man had a change of heart and decided to abandon the plan. He moved on to his next plan, but while he was busy with his own projects, Ku was up to something else. If he wanted to take over the man's research, he knew he needed to get stronger, but fighting wasn’t really his special. So, he started his own project: creating an 8th soul that would surpass the existing seven. He named it "the Octave Soul Project", which eventually led to the creation of the Null Soul. 

Ku traveled through various Dark Worlds, gathering broken soul fragments from Lightners. With these pieces, he crafted the Null Soul, an entity born from DEATH itself. It had no traits or weaknesses, making it the most powerful soul out there. However, it wasn’t at its full potential yet. Ku was determined to push this entity to its limits, driven by a scientific obsession to unlock its true power. He continued to collect more souls and even sacrificed Darkners to fuel the Null Soul.

the man caught wind of Ku's plans but felt powerless against the Null Soul. He realized that if he tried to eliminate Ku now, he would likely be defeated by the Null Soul. So, instead of acting rashly, he decided to bide his time and come up with a strategy to defeat Ku and free the Darkners he had harmed. This led to the start of the Vessel Project, where the man aimed to create a vessel for an entity not just from the Dark World, but from the Light World as well. That vessel turned out to be us, the player.

He believe this entity can defeat the Null Soul, and FREE all of the secret bosses.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore III, the Exiled Queen ending, details an ending in which only Undyne and Asgore have been killed. Toriel tried to claim the throne, but threats of a coup quickly sent her back to the Ruins. Now the Underground is in a state of instability and semi-anarchy. Humans are to be treated as...well, it's unclear right now, but it's not good.

While Papyrus is technically the one to take the role of Toriel, the Ruins really has three caretakers: Papyrus, Sans, and Toriel herself. After Toriel's exile, Sans and Papyrus moved in with her to make sure she wouldn't be lonely anymore. Now the three of them run the Ruins together, keeping mostly to themselves but occasionally peeking out into the rest of the Underground.

A Hat In Time: Time’s End was created by MysteryMa'am (aka Ashley.) It is an AHIT/Undertale crossover AU of sorts, taking place in the aftermath of a timeline where you lose the final boss fight against Mustache Girl. The write-up is over on AO3!
