This is deeply personal song, about my longing for a father who wasn’t there, and the bittersweet moment of recognition that came too late. My father died shortly after from a massive epileptic seizure.
This blends vulnerability with raw storytelling of the moment my father didnt recognize me at a moment when I saw him, painting scenes of absence, chance encounters, and a final goodbye that is like a clock that can’t be rewound. Melancholic, heartfelt, and haunting — this track is for anyone who has ever carried unspoken love, silence, and loss in their chest.

I lived without my dad, 
He was somewhere else, in a life I never had
One day the news came
he had fallen down
Hit his head, and the silence was the loudest sound

Days turned to shadows, fear filled my chest
I saw him once more, so fragile, at rest

Until fate brought me back to him one day

I asked him the time, just to play my part

A couple more words, then he faded away
And I never saw him again to this day

Now the clock keeps on turning, but the hands won’t rewind
I’m left with a memory, a shadow in my mind
His body gave up, but his ghost still remains
A love never spoken, just silence and pain

One of my favorite painters is, without a doubt, Johannes Vermeer. Among his most famous paintings is The Astronomer. A few days ago, as I revisited images of this masterpiece, I began to imagine what the painting would look like if Vermeer had created it today or in an even more advanced technological era. AI came to my aid, generating the image, which was then featured as the cover of Planets, a concept album dedicated to the planets of the solar system.
Planets is a breathtaking concept album that takes listeners on a journey through the solar system, following the planets in their true order from Mercury to Neptune, with Pluto and Charon as a final epilogue.
