Influenced by early ’90s punk and metal, Dubwilder moved back and forth between playing guitar in various bands and DJing jungle and drum’n’bass raves around Frankfurt and Mannheim.

After touring Europe and the US with punk band Scheisse Minnelli, he quit band life for good and returned to electronic music production, later founding Crackhouse Lo-Fi .

Since 2022, he has been active as DUBWILDER, producing bold, minimal jungle, DnB, and dubstep with dark, dub-influenced textures. His releases include PIGS, a collaboration with Mad Vibes on Basswerk Records, the SOCKS EP on T3K Recordings, and TREMOR on 1 More Thing’s compilation INCANDESCENT.

No U Turn /Saigon Records /￼Soul in Motion /DSCI4 /CNVX /Flavaz  Recordings .. Unknown Face aka(Pink Octopus) I used to DJ on Pirate radio in South London in the early 90’s. Went onto release Jungle /Drum and Bass on No u turn /Saigon Records circa 94-98. I did have a small bedroom midi studio back then, running Cubase on an Atari ST with an Akai sampler and Roland Syths etc. Everything has been sold since ..I now play guitar and synth into 4 track used as a sampler and go from there. Nothing fancy in my set up !
