Adam Beyer’s new EP titled ‘Teach Me’ is an accomplished piece of work that highlights Beyer's year thus far. 'Teach Me' starts with some eerie chords before the distinctive vocal kick in and the track drops into a rumbling techno track. ‘Darlek’ uses rhythmic beeps and huge synth stab to create a funky rhythm before the atmospheric pads create a beautiful setting for this incredible techno track. ‘Stop Talking’ is a deeper offering from Beyer using weird and unusual noises to create and interesting piece of work that is helped along by the throbbing bass underlying in the track. ‘Spaceman’ uses a rhythmic vocal, percussion and sub bass to turn this track into a funky techno piece.

Luigi Madonna returns to Drumcode a year after his superb single ‘Primo’ using familiar hooks, huge stabs and monstrous drums that storm across the dance floor which, are common with Mr Madonna. The hard hitting raw vibe of this EP gives Luigi an edge, with fluttering high’s and saturated lows, Luigi’s tracks are a mainstay in all DJ sets. Whistleblower Records is a new and exciting label set up by Alan Fitzpatrick, Reset Robot and Rhymos. Focused at the dancefloor and blurring the lines of techno, the label has a deep groove, allowing all three core producers the opportunity to experiment and get creative with elements of House music.

The labels 6th release comes from Customer aka Alan Fitzpatrick and Reset Robot. 


The first track titled "Waiting" has the contrasting elements of a heavy kick drum and airy pads that hold a slight ethereal element. Lead by the energetic hi-hats and muffled low end stab, the track has dark undertones complimented by the soulful hum of a female vocal sample. Although titled Waiting, the track gets going straight from the off set and is perfectly catered for those with an energetic and impatient temperament.

Voltage label boss Anna V. has created a super hot, percussive and speedy version, loaded with powerful basses, clever drones and kicks, while preserving the original scent, adding a touch of vocals, in order to create a mood riser.

The new Intec release comes from Tomy DeClerque who is a Slovenian DJ at the forefront of his home country's electronic music scene, and along with his own solo music, he has collaborated on tracks with the likes of UMEK and Cristian Varela.

With a number of previous releases on Intec, Tomy DeClerque's first releases on Carl Cox label was in 2010, and has also released on other imprints such as Toolroom, Phobiq, 1605, Blu Fin and Mauro Picottos label Alchemy.

First on the EP is Accident and its monstrous kick drum which sets the tone for the rest of the track that builds with heavy claps and morphing acid pulses. Stabbing vocal phrases add some uplifting energy to this high octane slice of techno, which takes no prisoners with its dancefloor focused style.

Track two XoX takes things up a gear with its menacing lead synth and rattling hi-hats that form a part of its mechanical groove, and that moves with the force of a freight train. Dark and mischievous, there is no doubt this track is perfect for peak time club sets, and will be a vital addition to the arsenal of any Techno DJs sure fire crowd pleasers.

Last on the release is “Ups and Downs” that is all about the bassline with the bottom end frequencies rising up to dominate and destroy. With sparse use of pads and other textures the track's pounding kick is the only thing that can subdue the immense power of the bassline.
Like a tidal wave of sound, the unstoppable force and momentum of this cut makes it perfect for any dancefloor.

A man who needs little introduction, Southampton born techno legend Alan Fitzpatrick has spent the last decade carving out his musical niche and holding rank in the upper echelons of the underground electronic world. Few artists can claim to have headlined Berghain and also had a hit on daytime BBC Radio 1, but then there aren’t many artists like Alan Fitzpatrick. 

One of the most popular techno DJs in the world, he has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Carl Cox and Adam Beyer for the best part of a decade, performing at the world’s biggest clubs and festivals. Known primarily for his raw hard-edged sound, Alan has developed into one of dance music’s most versatile producers, equally at home putting out techno bangers on Drumcode as he is making disco-infused house anthems, or experimental electronica under his 3STRANGE alias, not to mention his impressive range of collaborations (including CamelPhat, Skream, Sasha, Rebūke and Jamie Jones). 

The We Are The Brave and Apex Faction label don adopts a no nonsense approach to A&R and in 5 short years Alan has welcomed some of Techno’s finest producers to his fold. The Englishman champions the musical output of both established artists and breakthrough alike, accumulating over 50 million Spotify Streams on We Are The Brave records since its inception in 2016. Fast-forward to 2021 and the southern powerhouse shows no sign of slowing down, his passion for music permeating all aspects of his career.
