Mixing various sounds from electro, pop, garage, psychedelic and disco, Modern Borders gravitate around different genres, never quite landing on a single one. The border bending duo is made up of two former drummers; Strasbourg native Jean Kern and Londoner Asher Preston. Together they create dreamy bedroom music, frantic dance beats and hallucinogenic vibrations, with the help of vintage synths, an acid guitar and a simple drum machine. Products of an era where fads come and go, these two musicians don't get attached to any trend, but instead try to deliver expressive and honest music.

Olivier is a dj / producer from Amsterdam. Triggered by countless hip-hop mixtapes on cassette and VHS tapes full of scratch battles, Olivier bought a set of turntables and started collecting records in 1999. After the vibrant Amsterdam night life introduced him to soul, house and disco music, he broadened his horizons and Olivier became Oliver Boogie.

He won a place at the Red Bull Music Academy, released a slew of records on labels as Rush Hour, Lumberjacks In Hell and Whiskey Disco a.o., played shows around the world - from New York to London and from Prague to Vilnius - and has enjoyed residencies at numerous clubs in Amsterdam alongside a regular slot on Red Light Radio.

Cigarettes After Sex is a dream pop band led by songwriter Greg Gonzalez & is currently based out of LA.

Though its DNA touches on classic soul, rock, disco, and acid house, London-based producer and DJ Marcus Marr makes music for today. Marr’s work - released through DFA Records, Detail and New Finger Records - has been championed by Annie Mac, BBC Radio One, Pitchfork, SPIN, Clash Magazine and The Fader.

A regular at Berlin’s famed nightclub Berghain/Panorama Bar since 2014, Marcus Marr recently released the Familiar Five EP and performed a string of co-headline dates in North America with The Juan Maclean. He has previously appeared with the likes of Hot Chip, Floating Points, The Black Madonna and Optimo, and has performed at the highly-regarded MoMa PS1 Warm Up series, Day For Night Festival, and Art Basel Miami. Marcus has also contributed mixes to Beats in Space and Boiler Room
