This is a reading of my first cello choir piece by the SUNY Fredonia Cello Choir. It is for 8 cellos, and it is rhythmic-based my influence being Latin American claves rhythms (keep in mind it does not sound Latin American).

Feel It

First off, I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric Lemke for collaborating with me on this one! I recorded the beginning ideas of this song last January 1st at around 4am while I was messing around on the piano. Over the following months I would occasionally add to it but it really took off once I showed it to Eric. He added synths and textures I would have never even thought of (but they contribute so much!) and we both had a ton of fun throwing ideas into it. The result is NYD and I'm happy to finally get it off my computer and into the world.  I hope you all enjoy it!
