Release Info: 
Its been more than 2 years since I did an original release on my own label. Its been 9 months since I had an original NOIR release. I wanted some time without releases. Some time to breathe, to think and most importantly time to be creative and to experiment. I have picked 2 productions I felt sounded different to everything else out here.

Eruption was already made in the fall 2017 and I have been road-testing it since ADE17 and changed it quite a lot over the 6 months period from when I thought it was finished to what it actually sounds like now. I wanted the track to be brutal like a volcano erupting but at the same time have beautiful and peaceful elements. Hence the breakdown lava sliding into the middle of the track before it all erupts again. I have spent many hours trying to make it sound raw and unpolished.

Disruption is build around a super simple sequence loop I played by hand while jamming with new pluck sounds. As the sequence got layered and washed in effects it became a quite haunting loop and that led me to add a boys choir to give that feel bigger impact.This track sounds simpler than Eruption but its actually stacked with layers. Disruption is meant to make you close your eyes, follow the rhythm, the simple sequenced loop and get hypnotized.

Ben Böhmer invites fellow German producers Boris Brejcha and Dominik Eulberg to remix ‘Breathing’, the title track from his acclaimed 2019 debut LP, following remixes of other album tracks by Gui Boratto, Tim Green and Volen Sentir.

Over his 15 year career Boris Brejcha has performed at the world’s leading festivals, including Tomorrowland, Timewarp and Exit, showcasing his vast catalogue of melodic techno. His dark, progressive remix take on the original shows why he has become one of Germany’s biggest electronic artists. 

Hailing from Westerwald, Dominik Eulberg has an equally remarkable history, with over 100 releases to date on labels such as Kompakt, Cocoon and the influential Traum where he has released three LPs. Known for his remixes of DJ Hell, Roman Flügel and Hot Chip, Dominik marks his first release on Anjunadeep with a textured rework of Ben’s original.

San Francisco based producer Luigi Sambuy lands his first standalone release on the label 'Paper EP’. New to the scene, Sambuy has already gained appraisal from BBC Radio 1’s Phil Taggart as well as DJing at a host of venues across the globe.

A stand-out track from the labels flagship compilation Anjunadeep 11, ‘Paper’ opens the EP with an organic arrangement reminiscent of the likes of Mount Kimbie and Four Tet. ‘Sunrise on 2nd’ features bold piano chords accompanied by an array of percussive elements whilst ‘Colorlapse’ showcases Sambuy’s intricate production techniques with constantly-evolving atmospheres and fast, plucked arpeggios.

An vielen Orten auf dieser Welt mit offenen Armen empfangen zu werden - mit der Musik als einzige Verbindung - ist einfach überwältigend. Im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten unterstützen wir vielfältige Projekte, die in diesen herausfordernden Zeiten nicht nur den Erhalt der Club Szene fördern, sondern auch persönliche Existenzen sichern.

Tatsächlich entspannt, denn wir sind wohl auf. Derzeit steht unser zweites Release auf Deep Stories in den Startlöchern und der Vorverkauf auf Beatport hat bereits begonnen. Wir blicken gespannt in die Zukunft, auch wenn wir - aufgrund unser beiden Vollzeit Jobs abseits der Musik - gelegentlich mit langsamerem Tempo voranschreiten müssen. The last release of an unprecedented year for all of us combines an array of tracks we were playing mostly before the pandemic started. As many of you know, Siamese has a diverse catalogue of music that is constantly redrawing boundaries. This release consists of tracks that get played in the more melodic part of our sets.

“Render”, an atmospheric banger in which the delicate arpeggio’s keep pushing you forward. The shimmering lead gives this track a very unique soundscape. The break really pulls you in deep, only to drop you right back into the action at the climax.

Sometimes we like to dig deep in the dirt, for those small hidden golden nuggets. And this time we struck some serious gold.

Tulum returns once again to Pursuit with the mighty Busca. This out of rhythm lead will get stuck into your head like a splinter in the mind. Authentic and euphoric, all combined into one journey for the soul.

The talented studio wizard Alex Preda joins Pursuit for his interpretation of Busca, who dials up the tempo and brings us into synthwave territories with some serious attitude.

Closing off is Tulum with Old Tape. A warm groover bringing us into nostalgic waters with warm pads and translucent melodies. Another one for the books.

This time with a single release in addition to a remix by the french artist and Ritmo Fatale owner Kendal. "Hindiedance" is a promising peak time bomb with an ear-worm vocal and a driving bassline. Kendal s remix goes back to the 80s with a lot of disco flair. Something to bring back the summer vibes in winter time.

Alex Preda is a Romanian DJ and producer based in Amsterdam. His love for dance music began in the 1990s, with favorites like disco and dance- pop.
