Very happy to be able to share the set I played on BCN's Red58 for the first EXTRAMOSTRA of the year organized by @mostrabcn It was a set designed for warm up, but little by little the room filled up until it was practically complete, so I had to adapt to the circumstances and raise and lower the intensity to make the audience enter the trance of the night. I really enjoyed playing it and I hope you can enjoy it by reliving it or listening to it for the first time.

Mario Fano Rodil is a Spanish DJ, sound technician, and electronic music enthusiast based in Barcelona. With over two decades of experience, he has crafted a distinctive sound that blends ambient minimal, deep house, techno, and raw electro.

Active in the music scene since 2001, Mario has shared his vision of house and techno in renowned clubs across Spain and beyond, including Tribeca (Oviedo), Fame (Valladolid), Kafka (Sevilla), City Hall, Becool, Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Moog, Macarena, Red58 (Barcelona), Cue Bar (Amsterdam), and Dabadaba (San Sebastián).

Beyond the decks, he is one of the driving forces behind AMEBA Barcelona, an association dedicated to promoting electronic music culture. He has also played a key role in curating and co-creating festivals such as AMEBA and Artenou.

MarioF live!, showcases his talent for improvisation and live performance, blending keyboards, Roland Aira gear, Ableton Live, and a Tenori-on synthesizer into an intense, one-hour session. This immersive set has taken him beyond Spain, including a standout performance in Nitsa Avant OFF  and with YILE crew at Trondheim, Norway.
