My main influences range from Electronic Music (Jarre, Vangelis, and Tangerine Dream) to Rock, Pop, and Orchestral (Classical and Soundtracks), but also include an occasional bit of Hip Hop, EDM and Dubstep.   I have not tried to imitate any of these artists.  I am experimenting in various genres to find what I like most about each one and see what I can learn from them to add to my personal style.   'Slam-Cut' is a film term for quick jump cuts without much set up.  This is analogous to the variety of genres and themes you might encounter here on my SC page.   I hope you enjoy listening.

I have always admired music, of diverse styles. Like most of us, I have tried learning to play a few instruments at a basic level in my teenage. But it is only now, in the 21st century, that modern software allows anyone to fool around being the composer, the designer of a whole composition, simpler or more complex, organising together the parts of the various instruments - and to hear the results of this experimentation or inspiration instantly! That is how I have recently begun enjoying the distraction of attempts at composing during my leisure, discovering an amazing dimension of life, and art, perhaps the most intangible, heightening and hypnotising one, and the closest to the soul... EileenNoise is the personal project of Marco, composer, producer and bassist from Rome.
I’ve played live for years in several iconic venues of the Roman scene like Stazione Birra, the former Blackout, and many others , with my previous bands Harshine and later Noise Shelter. Those years shaped my sound: a blend of grunge, alternative rock, and darker emotional tones.

Over time I kept evolving, experimenting with electronic and new-wave collaborations inspired by Depeche Mode, before channeling everything into EileenNoise, a project where I mix real instruments, raw feelings, and female vocal performances that bring the stories in my songs to life.

I work with different vocal artists. Sophie appears on many tracks, but you’ll also find other collaborations that have been part of my path since 2020.

Influences: Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Lacuna Coil, Depeche Mode, The Smashing Pumpkins, Hole.
