Few DJs could adequately represent the last three decades of New York nightclub history as well as Justin Strauss.

He's been spinning since he was 17 and has visited the booth of nearly every dance club in New York and around the world, pioneering his own distinctive sound, and becoming one of the most sought-after remixers and producers. He has worked with artists such as Depeche Mode, Hot Chip, Sergio Mendez, Tina Turner, Jimmy Cliff, B-52s, Luther Vandross, 808 State, Malcolm McClaren, Skinny Puppy, Goldfrapp, LCD Soundsystem to name a few and on over 200 records.

As half of the production duos, Whatever/Whatever and A/JUS/TED, he continued to produce and mix records, working on remixes for the likes of Hot Chip, William Onyeabor, LCD Soundsystem, Blood Orange, Holy Ghost!, Franz Ferdinand, Beyonce and working on new projects like 'Extra Credit' with Joe Goddard of Hot Chip & Marcus Marr, and with Max Pask under their Each Other moniker, whose debut E.P. was mixed by Soulwax and released this year on their Deewee label.

One more TB303 based track. Something between
Acid-house and Deep-house.
The original recording dates back to 1995. The bass line
has been recently remade using the real TB303, because
at that time Robotnick used to play mostly digital gear.
2 - Submarine (130 bpm)
It's a kind of Ambient Break-beat. It was originally
composed for a soundtrack in the early 90s. Robotnick
had no9thing but the midi file. All the sounds were
produced last year.
3 - Disco Acha (128 bpm)
This track is quite recent as it dates back to 2008. It
represents Robotnick's renewed interest in Disco music.
Philadelphia strings give "disco flavour" to an electro-bass
groove. The title means nothing . It's a kind of " exercise in
style" but may turn useful for clubs.
4 - Minore Terzo (Electric Prince rmx) 128 bpm
Producers Lia Organa and Electric Prince met in 2006 in
a recording studio. Their passion for music and their
similar influences and style brought them together to
create the project Lia Organa & Electric Prince (LOEP).
