Lukas Stern dares new musical paths and therefore he managed to be heard and get recognition in the electronic music scene. Based in Stuttgart he has won the hearts of the crowd since 1994 and still has big goals, the first releases are published and are played by many colleagues. Luke lives and loves music, and wants to share with the Crowd. He is, among others resident DJ at Club Lehmann in Stuttgart and the Decadance series in Ulm

The debut Ep of NGC21 includes 4 tracks : 2 built with the dark rooms in mind and 2 more ambient experimental for the home listening fun. Expanding Universe is an amazing hypnotic techno track with a dark universe that  immediately catches the attention, it has something magic that makes it stand out. Technosphere is a very straight forward techno track which takes no prisoners, a massive weapon for the clubs. While Neutron stars and Outer Space let you plunge deeper in the NGC21 sonic universe. Fred Inglez likes to explore and push the limits of art through his music, which is according to him, a way to transform ourselves.
