I've wanted to read the Purge EBS (Emergency Broadcast System) announcement for long time now – and felt 2020 was the year to do it. I (re)built the audio, so it lacks some of the threatening drone and dynamic pan of the original. I used Monster Truck Rally stylised delay and feedback to give the ANNCR voice an analog TV feel.
