To cover this great song of Rodriguez was a pretty silly idea I had about a year ago when discussing a potential collaboration with Bruce Conover. I recorded this bare acoustic version as some kind of initial draft to get Bruce started, thinking that he would be the one singing in the final version, so this would stay between the two of us. But the project got stalled and we both lost track of it until I came across this recording again this week, and thought: why not posting it as is? This might be another silly idea but I have Bruce's blessing so let's do this :)
