Medicine Music (Live At Movement Church in Hawaii)

OK for those that listened to and downloaded the other set I posted a few days ago, that set was actually my scheduled beach set I played on Friday. Sorry for the confusion! If you're new, you can catch that one here: https://soundcloud.com/alia_sounds/enchanted-forest-beach

This is the *true* Nectar stage set. I decided to share both sets like I did with my Lucidity sets because they are different in flavor and I couldn't choose! :-)

The spontaneous sets are sometimes some of the most magical - I loved this one at the Nectar Village. As I started playing people emerged out of the woods literally to flow with me through this delicious set dripping with feminine nectar yum. 

I am currently birthing a new album and performance vision called "Feminine Medicine" so here you are hearing some of my inspiration for that. To me the Goddess appears in many guises - she is fierce and flowing, gentle and a force to be reckoned with. This set reflects the more sensual, flowing side of her. Look out for more to come including an all original album of the same name. Mmm hmmm.

Big love to the Enchanted Forest crew for once again creating magic for us, especially to Kumara Beija Flor Ix and Ayala View for the delicious Nectar Village offering.

Nectar - ALIA Live @ Enchanted Forest 2014 Nectar Village Stage

At Bliss Camp this year I brought together another Feminine Medicine set featuring my own music and a variety of music created by women or the brothers who love to feature women's voices. The live show included collaborations with vocalist Aleksandra Dubov, violinist HANNAH, and High Priestess Kaia Ra along with a variety of gorgeous dancers. 

I am having such a blast following this musical direction and preparing for the production of my Feminine Medicine album which will feature a variety of collaborations with other talented women.

This was a live recording of a dance that took place in Nevada City just days after Mario Passed on to the infinite. This is in honor and memory of Mario Julian Benassi, who passed away by the hands of the Yuba River on June 26 2018. Mario is a benevolent angel being of love and light who has blessed us all with his presence here on Earth. We remember his unique light through music, dance, cacao, squish-cuddles, and basking in the perfection of the universe!

A crew of us came together for a project called Tap the flow 24 to raise money for clean water for a Native tribe. We made a song and video all in 24 hours.
