My journey began in India in 1993, living in ashrams, teaching yoga. Over the years, my work has evolved to incorporate breathwork as a powerful tool for healing, particularly in areas of grief, mental health, and recovery.
I have a yearly breathwork facilitator training program, host online courses for grief, run retreats & coach 1-2-1 clients
I currently live in Ibiza & the UK
