ROOT TRAINING 
Yesterday, I stood under a mighty oak tree for a long time.
Over 250 years old, in excellent health, with a trunk circumference of 6.5 meters — and from its treetops you can glimpse the sea. A silent giant, rooted deeply, adapting gracefully to wind and time. A perfect place to ground yourself.
The photomontage is from today: the oak’s trunk combined with my Qigong form, projected as a white shadow — “Root Training.”

Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years; whole libraries are filled with books about it.
I have been teaching it for decades — never as an isolated method, but always connected to life, art, and flow.
Qigong-Root-Training is an excellent tool for burnout prevention:
theory and practice, breath and movement, discipline and creativity — inseparable from the arts.

An old stairway in West-Berlin – amidst the turbulent events of summer 1968 – is the starting point of mysterious interactions that intensify in surprising ways, creating a fascinating story. 

Full of poetry and excitement, the film develops a sparkling interplay between actors and events, where peaceful, life-affirming imagination is the all-pervading and connecting energy.

The twelve-year-old Hiltrun, always inventing and drawing stories, meets Mario of the same age on the old stairway. Fascinated by his enthusiasm for dinosaurs, she begins – sitting on her favorite spot in the run-down stairway – to create an exciting story.

To Mario’s surprise, her story is almost completely identical with the first part of an extremely thrilling dinosaur report in his children’s magazine – which she could not have known… Amazed and touched, he discovers in Hiltrun a person full of secret mystery and enthusiasm.

Trusting him, she confides that she only devises the beginnings of her stories. And so the movie unfolds an intriguing and exciting world of ideas full of poetry and music – and her mysterious friend makes his appearance…

TOMORROW | Storytelling Music & Artwork No. 16

2098. AI system designer Alin Arcobaleno lives in a world that has long lost its wholeness.
She discovers, within the Crash-Mode-Program-1-9-8-4, a young musician named Nobody who moves and inspires her deeply.
Stuttering and isolated, she begins to watch him privately on her display.

1984. An AI simulation called Crash-Mode-Program-1-9-8-4.
A countdown world in countdown style.
Focus: observing fashion trends in the face of a pre-programmed crash.
Nobody doesn’t know that his personality is coded — that the world he lives in is a complex AI construct.
But Alin Arcobaleno knows.
She suffers until the moment when it seems there’s no way out left for her.
When Nobody, sitting in his run-down kitchen, invents the song “Tomorrow” and plays it on his guitar, Alin Arcobaleno senses that he somehow knows.

Her tears freeze as she suddenly discovers parallels to her own world — parallels that can’t be coincidence…

I SAW AN ANGRY GIRL
IT SEEMED TO ME AS IF SHE 
AND HER SKATEBOARD HAD TRAVELED AROUND THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD

I WATCHTED HER SKATEBOARDING ON AN EMPTY RUNWAY
SAW HOW AGGRESSIVLY AND ANGRILY 
SHE THREW HER SKATEBOARD AWAY
MOODY AND FRUSTRATED

BUT WHILE THE SUN WENT DOWN
SHE BECAME ONE WITH HER SKATEBOARD 
AND CARRIED THE MAGIC URBAN CROWN
PROUD - AND ALONE

WITH SPARKLING DIAMONDS OF ORANGE AND BLUE

I KNOW, WHILE DAYLIGHT, YOU ACT AS IF YOU`RE COOL

The story unfolded just as I tell it, on a sultry spring day in Berlin. It’s remarkable how our eyes learn to embrace the darkness.
I stood on the far side of the runway, my guitar in hand, strumming quietly while the fading daylight lingered. She glided past me on her skateboard, a vivid figure on the opposite side, practicing her jumps with relentless determination.

Again and again, until her frustration boiled over, and she hurled the board away with raw fury, watching as it clattered and tumbled across the unforgiving concrete. Moments later, she retrieved it, her movements sharp and tense, and began the cycle anew.

But as the shadows deepened, a transformation began. Her anger ebbed, her motions softened, and suddenly she was a vision of grace, her fluid movements painting poetry in the air. Against the amber glow of the setting sun, she seemed to merge with the night, her silhouette alive with quiet beauty.

Then, headlights pierced the dusk—a security car, its beams cutting through the dreamlike scene. The team asked us, kindly yet firmly, to leave. She vanished into the darkness without a word, leaving only this fleeting story behind, a whispered memory of a skater girl who danced with the twilight.

LUIGI’S — A Dream in Rainlight
Somewhere between thunder and memory, there’s a café you can only reach by dream.
They broadcast live from Luigi’s Magic Radio Stream — where lost souls tune in to the frequencies of the past.
A trumpet cries through the rain, a voice answers from another time, and somewhere in the shadows a man from Mars hums a melody.
„LUIGI’S“ is a smooth, late-night song with the heartbeat of a hidden blues — written and performed by Alin_Arcobaleno.
Recorded live, raw, and real. No filters, no edits — just one take in the dark.
A tribute to all the dreamers who still believe that music can travel through rain, static, and time.
