This song was inspired by an incident with one of my managers that just really pissed me off. All I've wanted since I began making music was FREEDOM, the ability to live my life entirely as I please. I want to support myself entirely through my music.

Ultimately, there's no real difference between working a job and being a slave. You get paid, of course, but just enough, never what you really deserve for all the hard work you put in and all the shit you put up with.

You still need to go where they tell you to when they tell you to. Do what they say when they say it. Take a break, use the bathroom, go home only when your masters allow you to do so. It's all a bunch of bullshit. Life was meant to be lived FREE.
