Feeling wiped out? need a full mind-body/soul pick-me-up but short on time?As a pit-stop is to  a racing car in need of refuelling, so is this meditation to you. Sit in a chair or on the ground, feel the earth beneath you and the sky above you and you in the centre of it all, breathing.
Put everything aside for a few minutes and come back to it all again refreshed and rebooted.
