Live @ Unison 7 - 16 April 2021

The moon was dark that night and I sensed something good in the air when I saw the sky completely covered with stars, showing all the beauty of the Milky Way. That kind of view that makes you feel tiny.. The feeling about being free again, after 2 years without festivals, I can't describe it in words. The boomland and the boom team welcomed me in an incredible way! I made this mix with a free and singing heart, playing some of my favorite artists.. in full resonance with each of the beings dancing in front of me. 

Thank so much, Being Gathering and all Boom Team for this experience that I will never forget. Thank you < beautiful dancing beings > in the audience and to all the artists inside this mix, who lit up our night with their magic. I love your music!

« Sabir » is the new EP of Kino Doscun, in collaboration with the instrumentalist and composer Youthie on flute, trumpet and accordion.

This album is based on improvisations with Middle Eastern Dub/Fusion grooves, establishing a dialogue between two musical approaches, programmed electronic music, and instrumental improvisation.

The name "Sabir" came from here, it originally means a basic language created in the Mediterranean, by people from different countries to communicate.

This episode presents Allix and The Green Path (O Caminho Verde) sound journey. The Green Path is one of the many faces of Brazilian shamanism. Only plants are used in the process of expanding consciousness and healing. To be able to perform healing, the shaman must be able to see (and act on) at least 4 dimensions of reality. Allix is a Brazilian DJ, songwriter and event organizer focused on researching and producing electronic music since 2011. She is in charge of the Portugal-based collective label Moondance Music, and the organizer behind the MOONDANCE party since 2012 in Brazil and Portugal and is part of French label Electrik Dream. Dedicated to the study of sound frequencies, hindu and buddhist mantras, she has shared over the years mixes specially prepared for the yoga practice, meditation, sound journeys and Ecstatic Dance sessions. Her sets guide the listener gently by different landscapes that go from ethnic to psychedelic textures.

Here is the recording of my set at The CHILL OUT GARDENS of BOOM FESTIVAL
A dream for many Dj and Artist .... The Gardens at the BOOM is considered a milestone in their careers

The set itself is a combination of different styles (mainly psychedelic) and waves melted together in a journey that I hope will make sense to you.
I was asked to play quite a chill set but could not resist to bring the energy up for a few short stages along the journey.

Hard to put in words the excitement and the overwhelming feelings for playing at such a stage.
So I will just express my deepest gratitude here to Golan Bayawaka for the connection and trust, to Osman Gayatree for the input back in the days to Shay Barbalat for his brotherhood , to all the dancers who were in front of me and to all the Boomers for their beauty.

Last but not least to all the artists who created the music in this journey. They are the core of the music we dance and chill to, full support and respect for their wrk and art.

Merkaba Music brings you "Reborn in Fire" by ALLIX, a DJ set that she explains is "a mixture created in a process of rebirth and major personal changes. Everything around us is also constantly changing and no matter how much we would like to resist and keep things as they are... transformation is the only immutable truth." Allix is an events organizer and DJ with over 10 years of experience playing and organizing parties and festivals in Brazil and Portugal. Over the years she has shared many sets dedicated to the practice of Yoga, Meditation and also Ecstatic Dance, as well as a dynamic meditation practice based on her studies of shamanic meditation. In the electronic scene, Allix stands out in his mixes that range from chillout – strolling through styles such as downtempo, psychill, psybass, glitch, global bass – to techno and deep trance. The combination of technique and sensitivity of her musical ensembles often gently lead the listener on a sensory journey focusing on positive and healing sound vibrations.
