Drum & Bass label Sine Function Music return with another massive EP from their talented roster. This time they invite Noizesplitter to have his take on their sound; a stylistically sexy package, it’s been aptly named ‘Dirty Talk’ and it features three brand new tracks from the producer. Including two fresh, standalone offerings as well as a rework from Safra, who has his spin on the title-track, there’s a host of innovative music which is about to be added to the Sine Function catalogue. It’s an atmospheric and warm package which pulls together the sounds of the summer, proving that Noizesplitter was the perfect artist to take the imprint into the upcoming warmer season.
Hailing from Luzern, Switzerland, drum & bass neurofunk DJ Noizesplitter morphs his signature through a different lens for this release, pedestalling a versatility which has caught the attention of many major tastemakers. Meanwhile, it’s Santiago, Chile, where the second artist to make an appearance brings his sounds from. Together, they push the vision which Sine Function Music has built for themselves from the very beginning. And that’s why they’ve been so successful with the releases they’ve debuted across their discography.
Up first, ‘Lick’ rolls out amongst crackling sub bass and steppy drum rhythms. You’re taken into each segment by the track’s clapping kicks and its winding bassline helps to give the track its well-honed grooves. Title-track ‘Dirty Talk’ follows suit. Another offering from Noizesplitter, its lumbering bass notes drop one into the next, creating a rhythm which is difficult not to move to. Bringing the EP to a close is Safra, who twists the original ‘Dirty Talk’ and gives it a more melodic undertow. Using the signature bass provided for by Noizesplitter, it’s given segments of rising synthesis. With Safra’s expert arrangement and Noizesplitter’s grinding atmospherics, it’s a perfect example of what Sine Function Music have at their disposal amongst their roster.

Noizesplitter - Dirty Talk (Safra Remix) [Premiere]

I am a hobby musician and playing Piano since i'm 5 years old. A Roland Stage Piano replaced my old shabby MIDI-Keyboard in 2010. Trying to learn some guitar, but i didn't take the time required yet. Also i love to thresh the drums, whereas being entirely incompetent.

I don't like to nail down a specific genre. Every part of music is interesting. Different styles are significant for a fulfilled experience. Don't stop to learn about new aspects of the musical world and always be on the move to find something new!
