This time is our time, this world is our home,
Tomorrow passed on too, the blood of our blood.
Our kids are already staring at us, what can you tell them to explain.

The World is on fire, the bees are slowly dying,
Love is paid for, births are regulated.
Fake Gods are ruling the land, it is time to renew the hand.

Why…, why should we pray for heaven
Life is worth what it’sgiven.

Hell is paved with good intentions
So many sorrows, so many lives without tomorrows.

Brain cells are emptied of pain, with certainties piled again and again,
What matters is emotion, no more place for reason,
Where is the Century of Lights, who can get us out of this night?

Waking up, getting up, with a touch of make up,
dressing up, really quick, with a dash of lipstick,

with a comforting smile,

For my wounded brothers, 

I’m a woman in the war,
Not anymore afraid of death,
Saw so many kids dead,
Always alived in my head,

and when the battle rages on,  with the bombs all around,
gun powder in the air, be sure I will be there.

Not an hero, not a star,
Just a woman in the war,
Kissing their battle-scar
And I call them sunshine, I take their pain as mine,
I hug them and whisper, stay with me little one,
I will have no rest, sharing my beating breast
Debating with the devil, for him to come back a bit later on,
when the battle rages on,

Woman In The War

Late in life, Thomas fulfills his passion for creating and performing songs. Alice, one of his two daughters, adds her touch and her voice. The songs are for some in French and for others in English, and interpreted either by Al(Alice), or by To(Thomas), or in duet or by guests. We hope you will like it and encourage us to continue!
