This was one of the few times where the lower pitch limit of the 2A03 pulse channels really got in my way (I did of course work around it).

Wanted to use some SNES samples that I don't use very often, since I felt I was relying too much on the tried-and-true sample bases lately. I've also been wanting to find something interesting to do with Hornet Man's theme, and Super Mario Kart seemed like a good fit.
