Since there is a lot of fear and confusion on the planet right now and so much information and so many different agendas out there it can be hard to figure out the truth. That's why we created this sound healing journey to help you activate your "3rd Eye" and be able to tune into your internal truth and wisdom. Your higher self is the only authority you should listen to, because it knows what's right for you. Your truth might be completely different from the truth of someone else. Only YOU know what's good for you. Start listening again and TRUST your inner wisdom. Your intuition will guide you through the storm. One step at a time.

About the journey:
We used a sound healing concept called "Planetary Tunings" or "The Cosmic Octave" as a foundation for this Sound Journey. Its a way of re-attuning with the cosmos that creates balance and harmony within. Each energy center is resonated by a different planet. And based on their rotational movement a frequency can be calculated based on the formula of the cosmic octave by Hans Cousto. The 3rd Eye Chakra - The energy center that governs our ability to see the truth and have a clear mind and see a bigger picture or reality is resonated by the planet Venus.

The Venus tone regulates the Balance between intellect and intuition.
"Venus is the second inner planet of our solar system and its rotation around the sun lasts about 225 days. In the 32nd octave the venus tone oscillates with 221.23 Hz, that is an A. The tone of the Venus activates the third Eye and lets in a great flow of love energy and promotes inner harmony."

We also added a 4.5 Hz Binaural Beat which entrains the brain into a state of "Shamanic Consciousness". We believe that this state makes you more receptive to receive the information of your higher self.

And we also added sounds of dolphins and whales, who are wisdom keepers of ancient knowledge and highly intelligent and telepathic beings.

And Maywa has channeled specific frequencies to support the intention.

We highly recommend to listen on headphones for the best experience. Make sure to be in comfortable setting while listening. And for the maximum effect listen at least 21 days in a row. That's the time the brain needs to integrate new information into new habits and behaviours. Your intuition is like a muscle that needs daily practice, the practice of allowance, presence and listening wihtin.

is an ambisonic sound journey capturing an existing space as it transforms over time. Gradually, vague and elusive figures emerge from the familiar sonic landscape, becoming increasingly dense until dissolving into a deep drone piece.  

The composition was created using Ambisonics 3rd Order to craft an immersive spatial experience. To make it accessible to a wider audience, a binaural mix optimized for headphone listening is available.

We created this sound journey with the intention to invite the listener to tune in and reconnect with mother earth and listen to her loving guidance for those times of great transitions and awakening of humanity.

The Solfeggio Frequency 528hz is supposed to be a frequency that harmonizes, repairs and activates our DNA. Some say it's a divine frequency that helps to manifest miracles.

The tone C# is believed to be the resonant tone reflecting the frequency of mother earth.

We suggest that you listen with headphones in a quiet place and make yourself comfortable. Setting an intention to connect with the Earth and recieve guidance from her can help to amplify the experience.

ALUNA - Whispers Of Gaia (528hz Solfeggio DNA Repair, C# Tone Of The Earth)

A friend asked me to create a sound journey for her Yin Yoga Class. She loves @maywa 's new album "Essência " so much that she was asking me to include some of her songs in this sound journey

So here it is. 

It reflects my own journey of connecting deeper to the earth, getting more in tune with my essence and divine nature. You can get a glimpse of the magic and bliss I experience here in beautiful Costa Rica  during these times of introspection, realignment and transformation.

Steffen Ki @steffenkirchhoff and Maywa @maywa create organic downtempo and ambient music that is inspired by ancient mystic teachings, shamanic rituals and the connection to nature.

Their sound is magical, alive and organic. tribal and emotional , warm and gentle, healing and powerful, soulful and heartopening. Like medicine, deeply connected to ancestral roots, reflecting the voice of Earth.

In fact, their music project finds its origin in the Columbian forests where these beautiful souls first met, as soloist artists. The word ALUNA also descends from the natives of that land. Among the Kogi people, Aluna represents the "cosmic mind" the mysterious realm from which all life is being dreamt and sung into exsistence.
