Bar 25 Music welcomes back Jim Rider with Wingtips, a three-track release crafted in collaboration with rising talent mredrollo.

This second outing on the label highlights Rider’s melodic yet driving sound — a style honed through years of global touring and standout releases on respected imprints like All Day I Dream, Get Physical, and VIVa MUSiC. Now also curating his own label and event series Signs, Rider continues to shape the international house music landscape.

Joining him is mredrollo, a producer gaining swift recognition in the melodic house scene with chart-topping releases on For A Memory and Melody of the Soul. His sound — emotive, layered, and deeply musical — has earned support from key tastemakers such as Lee Burridge, Sébastien Léger, and Tim Green.

Speaking about the release, Jim Rider shares:

“I’ve been playing Ed’s music for a while, and I had some chords, a bassline, and some drums that I wanted to write a lead for. I first thought about writing a similar Moog line to Ed, but then thought, why don’t I just ask the expert himself? He sent something perfect back then, after a bit of back-and-forth tweaking all the other elements between us, we were almost there. I wrote the lyrics and vocal melody, then worked with a super talented singer (who wishes to remain nameless), and we were done.

With Already Won, Joep Mencke ventures into new territory, bringing a housier, indie-dance-infused sound to the forefront of his expanding musical universe. Known for his organic sound and emotional depth, Joep now explores a different side of himself — turning up the energy with a three-track EP designed to move both body and soul.

The EP kicks off with “Already Won” — a bold statement track driven by funky piano stabs, a deep indie-house rhythm, and a soulful vocal hook. A celebration of self-belief, the track radiates the confidence of someone who knows they’re exactly where they’re meant to be.

“Out of My Mind” dives into late-night territory, where hypnotic vocals, bright stabs, and a driving beat invite full surrender — a soundtrack for letting go and getting lost in the moment.

Essence of Time is the electronic music project from the French born artist Michel Saurin, also known by the alias TIME, who comes from a jazz background and defines his work as a search for specific healing frequencies that allow him to create resonant uplifting productions. 

Teaming up with Break Knote to share production duties and Beatri$ on vocals, Close To The Sky is a lushly orchestral and deeply emotional track that touches on Afro house among other references. 

The instrumental version strips out the incredibly evocative vocals to reveal a stunning dancefloor track in its own right.

The magic of the electronic genre Organic House with deep and sensual Slavic vocals. This track is a journey into the heart of nature, where ancient traditions meet modern rhythms.

Deep bass, swinging rhythm and ethnic instruments, through all this, mesmerizing female vocals are gently woven into the musical fabric, like the voice of nature itself, and all kinds of sounds add depth and texture.

Despite the slightly gloomy mood, the track leaves a feeling of lightness, as if a fresh wind had swept through the fields.
