Like the forgotten soundtrack to an overcast day, "Going Down" by Hungarian producer AMB seeks to explore an inner restlessness in the listener. A perfect storm of downtempo, techno, RnB, and future bass vibes permeate this seven track EP, acting as the perfect illustration of this songwriter's diverse skill set. Moody strings are interwoven with shadowy bass laid bare on a bedrock of intelligent percussion, setting up a tender yet climatic atmosphere for the album. Toward the end of the journey, legendary bass music producer The Widdler flips "Night Slide" into a highly emotive excursion through future garage, concluding things in a fitting fashion. Watch this epic visionary projection created based on "Set In Stone" called Interconnection that illuminated the walls of the Romanian Parliament building and captured the minds of 40,000 viewers, winning the iMapp Bucharest International Video Mapping Competition in September, 2016. Hungarian team Limelight worked on their 4.5-minute spectacle for two and a half months. The French dame of downtempo CloZee is back, this time with ten new remixes from some of the most talented producers in the scene. "Revolution Remixed” features offerings from ill.Gates, Electrocado, Sixis, AMB, David Starfire, The Digital Connection and more, with each adding their own unique spin to CloZee’s original reflective expedition, “Revolution”. Spanning glitch hop, dubstep, downtempo, and even electro, the entire collection is available now via Gravitas Music for free download. 

Opening with AMB’s remix of the title track, the listener is lured down a haunting yet playful rabbit hole. But that’s just the beginning. Both Igama & ill.Gates take ‘Sankar’s Lake’ in a new direction by injecting their own musical flavor into CloZee's already beautiful piece. While Igama gets slow and sensual, ill.Gates adds soulful samples and a dash of heavy bass to take the track to new heights. An energy-fueled take on ‘Anticlimax' by glitch duo Electrocado picks the pace up midway through the album before things return to a more deliberate pace with David Starfire’s re-imagined ‘Apsara Calling’, with Starfire adding psy-dub zest for a sub-heavy twist on the original. For the fourth year running, Gravitas Music is proud to present the fourth volume of the Virtus In Sonus compilation. The selection of songs spotlights a slice of Gravitas’ massive pool of international talent, including tracks from Mr. Bill, ill-esha, Psymbionic, Of The Trees, Unlimited Gravity, AMB and more. A myriad of electronic genres are represented throughout, with the influences of downtempo, glitch hop, trap, and hybrids thereof. Although the 16 tracks showcase a healthy variety, there is still distinct flow for the duration of the track listing; beginning slow and dreamy, the pace progressively shifts to a more danceable momentum before ending on a somewhat somber tone.
