Both originating from Basel Switzerland, experimental dance outlets Amenthia Recordings and A Walking Contradiction combine forces and present their first collaborative release. Both known for their dare-to-do-different approach and proudly presenting sounds that come from their inner circle of friends they compiled the Flash Crash / Hack Crash EP with exactly this mindset. From Agonis' heavy stepper to Konduku's whirlpool of low frequencies on the Amenthia side with Lemont continuing on this same low-end tripped-out tip to the slo-mo swamp sounds from Varuna representing A Walking Contradiction in typical fashion.

Cornicabra = a spanish olive variety, which translates to Goathorn or Ziegenhorn, which also happens to be my familyname

Cornicabra likes to move between spaces, always looking for the next weird sound and finding the balance between the organic and synthetic. On the dancefloor his goal is to maximize emotional intensity through voluminous lowends, shifting grooves and otherworldly Synths. In podcasts he often embraces his more cerebral and experimental tunes outside of the classic four to the floor rhythm.
