Here's a little about my journey in music!
Beth Williams is an Americana Indie Folk Singer Songwriter – Storyteller – Yodeler – Entertainer – Hippie Bohemian Cowgirl who loves to sing & make people happy with her music.  She is also an accomplished session singer managing a thriving business through the use of her own Pro Tools Recording Studio in CO, USA. Able to "fly tracks" across the internet Ms. Williams sings lead or adds background vocals on projects for clients around the world.

Three of Williams' songs have charted in BILLBOARD and CASHBOX magazines, she was nominated by the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC as "Best New Female Vocalist of the Year" , "Best Female Performer", by the INDEPENDENT NEWS, and "Best Independent Female Vocalist" by CASHBOX. Beth's album IN THIS OLD HOUSE was Voted one of Austin's Top Albums and she was the winner of Music Austin's Best Albums Award. HUMBLE TIME RADIO SHOW nominated Beth for "Outstanding Female Songwriter" and "Outstanding Female Performance. Williams is known for writing songs that are an eclectic mix of folk, Americana, country, blues, pop and roots music.

Born on Ramey Air Force Base in Puerto Rico, the nomadic life of the military led her family to Pakistan, the Philippines, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Okinawa twice, all before she turned seventeen. Beth's passion for singing and songwriting began as a child. While living on Peshawar AFB in Pakistan, she happened upon a lone GI sitting on the bleachers of a deserted baseball field, singing and playing a guitar. Beth's destiny was sealed ,and her parents bought her a $10.00 guitar at the PX when they were relocated to Okinawa later that same year. Living with her family on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa at age 15, Beth won 1st place and $75.00 at the Kubasaki High School Talent Show after performing an original composition. Her family moved to Texas at the beginning of her senior year of high school where she immediately began her musical career singing songs she'd written delighting Texas audiences, touring Central Texas, military bases and overseas.

Wanting to be an independent artist with control and the final voice in her music, Beth started her own record label, WILLOW CREEK RECORDS where there are currently 9 CD's available. Taking her artistic independence one step further she opened a small ProTools recording studio, Hill Country Recording plus Video. "I decided to learn to become proficeint in recording myself and to learn to create videos of myself for promotional purposes." 

Her reputation as a excellent vocalist and harmony singer has brought Williams clients from all over the world who send her tracks via the Internet to add backup vocals to their projects or sing lead on their demos.

Cette équipe, originaire de l’agglo rouennaise, compte à son actif plusieurs
sorties : Propagande2, 3 et 4, et deux albums "Nom 2 code EM1" et « Eclats d’vers », ainsi que le premier album du groupe EM1 « Clefs d’sols ».
Du rap conscient, engagé ou ouvert, des univers variés grâce aux personnalités si différentes qui composent ce crew.
Activistes dans le rap depuis 97-99, les membres du label ont pu participer à de nombreuses scènes parmi lesquelles le Printemps de Bourges 2004 et 2005, des premières parties : Kery James, Keny Arkana, Medine, Zaho.

Actuellement le deuxième album de EM1 "Au royaume des aveugles", après avoir sorti un très bon premier album "Clefs d'sols" avec déjà un style bien eux, des textes de qualité : engagés et au-delà du conscient, convaincants.

The solo project of Mark Corrin, Liverpool born, Manchester based writer, producer & radio broadcaster.  Formerly know as Shirokuma, and as a member of Elaskikbande, Rose & The Diamond Hand, Octobuse and Poppycock. Currently presents a weekly radio show for Salford City Radio 94.4FM. Also plays bass for Rose & The Diamond Hand. Has also previously collaborated with the likes of Can's Damo Suzuki, Ria Mazini from Mikro, The Fall / Blue Orchid's Una Baines, Max Tundra, Andy Votel, Ian Moss from the Hamsters / Four Candles and many more and assisted with the running of Manchester's Valentine Records. Currently releasing on German Shepherd Records.

The songs presented here are generally downtempo, melodic and experimental with surrealist lyrics, catchy melodies and short song lengths. The playful and varied musical backings are woven from electronic and organic sound sources and are influenced by psychedelia, world music, cinema and folk.

For a bit of history…Mark Corrin's early demo CDRs as Shirokuma made him a regular favourite on John Peel’s BBC Radio 1 Show for the final five years of its broadcast (1999 – 2004). Rob Da Bank and BBC 3 Late Junction & FloMotion’s Nick Luscombe continue to be radio supporters, whilst Shirokuma was made single of the week by both Steve Lamacq and Phil Jupitus during their time at BBC 6 Music. A debut album “Secret Moves At The Midnight Chess Club” was released via Manchester label Faith & Hope records in 2005, which yielded a joint NME single of the week, “Moonlight In The Afternoon”. The track, which the paper curiously confessed “makes us want to have sex in dressing-up clothes”, was also remixed by Max Tundra (Domino Records) and Andy Votel (Twisted Nerve \ B-Music \ Finders Keepers). An EP on Twisted Nerve records came next, before Shirokuma began working with the Manchester electronic & future rock label Valentine Records. Mark Corrin currently releases on German Shepherd Records. 

In 2015 an ongoing series of brand new EPs is being released monthly on Valentine Records.

Singer-songwriter, also poet and author, Jullian Angel has led an indie career as a pop-folk artist since 2005, released 3 LP's (labels: Another Record, Les Disques Normal), and performed over 300 gigs mainly in France. Often compared to such figures as Johnny Cash, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, for the dark tone of his writing and singing, he's back on March 2020 with a new acoustic EP, "Like we never met before" (Equilibre Fragile), which was taped as a simple guitar/vocals performance in studio.

Yn 2014 roedd Plu yn ran o Horizons/Gorwelion, cynllun a redir gan BBC Cymru Wales mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Celfyddydau Cymru i ddatblygu cerddoriaeth gyfoes annibynnol, newydd yng Nghymru. Fel rhan o'r cynllun hwn cawsant gyfle i chwarae mewn gwyliau megis Gwyl y Gelli a Gwyl Rhif 6, yn ogystal a recordio sesiwn byw yn stiwdio BBC Maida Vale.

Rhyddhawyd eu halbwm cyntaf ar label Sbrigyn Ymborth ym mis Gorffenaf 2013 a gafodd ei gynhyrchu gan Aled Hughes o Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog. Roedd hon ar y rhestr fer ar gyfer Albwm Cymraeg y Flwyddyn 2013/14. Creodd Plu albwm o ganeuon i blant o'r enw 'Holl Anifeiliaid Y Goedwig' ar label Sain Cyf a gafodd ei ryddhau fis Rhagfyr, 2014 a bu hon hefyd ar y rhestr fer ar gyfer Albwm Cymraeg y Flwyddyn 2014/15. Formed of sibling trio - Elan, Marged and Gwilym Rhys from Snowdonia, North Wales in the Summer of 2012, Plu (meaning 'feathers' in Welsh) play alternative Welsh language folk music with hints of country/ Americana, with close 3 part harmonies being a back-bone to their varied set. As well as their own material Plu play adaptions of traditional songs of Welsh and other origins.

In 2014 Plu were part of Horizons/Gorwelion, a scheme delivered by BBC Cymru Wales in partnership with Arts Council Wales to develop new, independent contemporary music in Wales. As part of this project they played in festivals such as Hay Literary Festival and Festival No.6 as well as recording a live session at BBC studios Maida Vale.

Plu released their debut album 'Plu' on the label Sbrigyn Ymborth in July 2013 which was produced by Aled Hughes from Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog. This album was shortlisted for the Welsh Language Ablbum of the Year 2013/14. The trio created an album for children, titled 'Holl Anifeiliaid Y Goedwig', on the Sain Cyf label, released in December 2014. This was also shortlisted for Welsh Language Album of the Year 2014/15. Their third album 'Tir a Golau' will be released at the end of 2015.

• Is originally from New Mexico but spent half a year in Alaska out in a cabin in the woods recording music during the winter of 2004... hence the name.
• Released its 'debut', "Dance Party in the Balkans" which featured a young Zach Condon (Beirut) in the summer of 2007 on US and European labels.
• Relocated to Berlin, Germany and recorded 2nd album "Holiday" summer 2008.
• Toured for 3 years with the "virtual orchestra" around N. America and Europe including festivals such as Iceland Airwaves, SXSW, Fun Fun Fun Fest, Phono Festival (Norway), Nu Music Festival (Norway) and over 100 other shows in Europe.
•  Retired from touring in 2010 and continues to produce music as a recluse.

Andy Gunn



Recently heralded as ‘a great lost Scottish talent and one of our finest ever blues players’, Andy Gunn’s inspirational return to the music scene was proclaimed, in his own undeniable style, by the acclaimed 2015 album Miracle of Healing.
Andy’s truly original, intuitive and soulful playing has drawn comparisons to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix. He has shared the stage and billing with some big names too -  highlights of his career this far include supporting Buddy Guy at The Queens’ Hall, jamming with Albert Collins and backing Geno Washington at the first Belladrum Festival.
Andy pays tribute to his parents for the gift of his first guitar at an early age, and to his mother’s rock’n’roll collection for leading him to Blues masters like Lightening Hopkins and Muddy Waters. This early development formed a precocious talent -  Andy’s first band Jumpin’ the Gunn were signed by Virgin’s blues label, Point Blank, and they travelled to Memphis just as he was leaving school. This early experience gave Andy the enviable opportunity to learn from and exchange riffs with Al Green’s rhythm section and Pop Staples, to name a few. Here, his raw talent developed into a prodigious touch which led to Andy being ranked as a world class talent.
When Andy returned to Scotland, a new chapter in his career began. He played alongside The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, with members of Gary Moore’s Midnight Blues Band, Martin Stephenson, and toured with 4 times British Blues best harp player Errol Linton. Years later Andy was to return to the US, on a voyage of musical discovery touring New York, Chicago, Memphis, Nashville and New Orleans, jamming with many great musicians, igniting the music scene and sparking the comment ‘damn, I didn’t know they picked cotton in Scotland!’.
However, not everything has been gifted to Andy, and this explains his lost years. When Rob Ellen wrote ‘Andy Gunn is the blues’, he was referring to the deep personal tragedies that have affected Andy’s life and health. Born with Haemophilia, as a child, Andy was one of the patients affected by blood products contaminated with HIV and Hepatitis C via the clotting medication Factor 8. For many years, Andy campaigned to bring justice for his fellow victims of the contaminated blood scandal. These protests eventually helped to bring ex gratia payments to the bleeding disorder community. 
But his desire to play and the strong support he received from fellow musicians during this period resulted in a phoenix from the ashes moment in that, the years lost to illness were transmuted, with great thanks to Martin Stephenson, into the brilliant and soulful album ‘Miracle of Healing’. It was also during this period that Andy battled an HIV related cancer for the second time and came through the other side. Here, his intelligent articulation of personal tragedy, wealth of experience and unique talent shows, in Ellen’s words, why ‘Andy is a true guitar great of the old school and a living blues legend of the modern age’.
However, although Andy can articulate the blues like no other, his optimism, style and astounding talent means seeing him perform is an electrifying, uplifting and unforgettable experience. When Blues in Britain described Andy’s music as ‘a resounding triumph over adversity’, they were exactly right.  The Andy Gunn Band goes from strength to strength, playing gigs throughout the UK, recently taking the stage at the Darlington, Orkney and Dundee Blues Festivals and at the Northern Roots Festival in Inverness.
Andy's fifth and highly anticipated album ‘Too Many Guitars To Give Up Now’ is due for release early 2018 and features some of the best musicians in Scotland, taking Andy back to his blues roots.

No Sign of Regret, Jive's first album, released in 2011, is a powerful collection of ballads combining complex rhythms with uplifting, empowering messages of self-reliance and resilience. Jive's second album, released in 2013, "Sleep When I Die," delivers a title track so catchy you will swear you already heard it. In 2018 Jive's childhood collaborator John D. Rowland invited Jive to join JDR & the Broadcast. Cinnamon, JDR's 2018 LP, features the rousing Jive tune "Hurts as it Heals."

Jive's hauntingly charming early-career song "All I See," was given new life in 2019. Grammy-winning Producer Ted Hutt (Old Crow Medicine Show), hired to produce JDR's seven-song "No Winning Hands" album, chose the vintage track, adding the signature Hutt punch and JDR breadth.

In March 2020, Jive released "Live at the Roundhouse," a solo live recording at the historic Aurora nightclub. It is raw, energetic, charismatic Jive in his element—crowd sounds and a bare-naked mix bring the Roundhouse into our living rooms. You hear love in the hearts, sense sway in the girls, and feel grit on the floor—Half-drank beers in tall glasses paired to smiling faces and wiggling asses. Recorded just twelve days before America shut down, it's a chi-ful reminder of just how carefree we could be on February 28, 2020, and how we will feel again.

While it has been nearly two decades since Pete Jive shows were flash-mob, parking lot gigs featuring Naperville's finest as the encore, his passion-dripped heartfelt swagger continues. Pete once met and chatted for a few minutes with former Black Crows keyboardist Adam MacDougall. Months later, MacDougall's band Circles Around the Sun published an uber-trippy instrumental song titled Pete Jive. That is the charisma-colored coolness Pete brings to every performance. Do your soul a solid, lace up your dance shoes, boogie on over, and experience an American flat-picking classic crooner.

Mutinda - Timeless, soul-searching melodies and contagious rhythms..

Mutinda from Kenya - winner of the International Songwriting Competition 2010 World Music Category - is a strong singer/songwriter, vocalist and acoustic guitarist playing World Music and afro-folk, which contains rare sounds of Kenyan Music meeting the global contemporary influences of today. He is a self-taught musician who began pursuing his career in his childhood by playing a home-made guitar. Growing up in a typical rural setting and later living in one of the toughest neighborhoods in Nairobi, has made Mutinda interact with all kinds of people, whose lives and choices give him inspiration to share his messages.

Since 2005 when Mutinda was one of the top artists in the Alliance Francaise “Spotlight on Kenyan Music” competition his professional music career has grown steadily taking him to places like Sauti Za Busara Festival in Zanzibar and on tour in Scandinavia.

Under the indie-label metta metta ART, Mutinda released his first solo album – entitled “Matopeni” – in 2009.
Performing either alone, with a 5 piece band, a Kenyan or a Danish band, Mutinda passionately prefers playing the guitar during his concerts. “Music is that which takes you to a place where only uncertainty prevails; yet anchoring you here.”, he says.
