I wanted to give this song a fresh take, since the original arrangement had some dodgy samples, an awkward groove and a pretty shitty mix.

Dark Prophecy" is a hypnotic deep tech journey at 100 BPM, driven by a pounding low-end and relentless warehouse percussion. The track opens with deep atmospheric pads and metallic textures, slowly drawing the listener into a shadowy soundscape. Female vocals echo like a warning, repeating the word “prophecy” in a haunting mantra that cuts through the darkness. Layers of reverb-drenched chants and distorted synth stabs build an unsettling tension, while the groove never lets go. A track designed for late-night floors, “Dark Prophecy” embodies the underground spirit of the godfathers of house—raw, heavy, and timeless.

Back from 3 weeks in the USA and after a good 2 days of chilling I got some inspiration to remix some Snatcher. 
As is one of my favorite games ever, I have always wanted to pull out a good remix of it, but never had the chance. Surprisingly, I discovered that this time I may go and explore a much simpler style for this one and it works pretty well. So for the first time, I been able to pull out some old school acid techno instead of my usual disco house, but trust me - you won't be disappointed at all :D Hope you'll enjoy!

Amplitude Problem is Juan Irming, a Los Angeles producer, composer, sound designer and keyboardist with a focus on synthwave, chiptune, soundtracks, hip hop, video game music and sound effects.

Juan got his start on the European demoscene in the late 80s as the composer for world-famous and humble Atari ST demo crew SYNC, placing first in several demo music contests. Since attending Musicians Institute in the early 90s, he has composed and produced video game inspired synth and chip soundtracks for a number of projects and records such as legendary geek rapper YTCracker's cyberpunk album Introducing Neals. Credited on 11 LPs, he has been featured on albums alongside artists like Mitch Murder, Lazerhawk and GUNSHIP. Juan has appeared live at events and venues such as Comic Con and Game On Expo alongside acts like The Gothsicles, The Minibosses and Future Holotape. He also writes themes for video games such as Power Drive 2000.

Influences include first-generation chip composers Rob Hubbard, Ben Daglish, Martin Galway and Maniacs of Noise in addition to electronic, industrial, jazz and hip hop acts such as Damokles, Kraftwerk, Jean-Michel Jarre, Alphaville, Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Herbie Hancock and Public Enemy.
