French imprint Community Center returns with its fourth release this March, entitled ‘66BEO’ and coming courtesy of the fledgling Nantes/Paris, France based producer and DJ, MLF. Since establishing itself in 2020 the Parisian Community Center imprint has unveiled an amalgamation of rave-tinged sounds and styles across its last three releases from Pasteur & Tsy, S3A and Mayflo. Here the label continues to bring raw, experimental electronic sounds with the debut EP of MLF, a blossoming artist merging influences of breakbeat, house, jazz, and electronica across this six-track EP. 

‘Chianti’ follows, laying down choppy breaks, ethereal textures, Hammond organ licks, airy arps and bumpy bass grooves. Out March 18th via bandcamp & streaming services.

Times are unprecedented. We all have a basic understanding of the history of our planet, but now we are truly living in one of the darkest periods wherein we cannot see a clear path out. As an individual it often seems dishearteningly difficult to help aid in humanitarian efforts, but as we stand with Ukraine and understand the importance of assisting them in any way possible, we've decided to do our part by putting together a digital compilation entitled ‘Club Unity’.

It contains a diverse feast of artists that inspire us, and tracks that make you feel. Signature Haŵs vibrations touching on prog, trance and even reaching the realms of the jungle. But most importantly, all proceeds will go to the incredible platform 'WithUkraine', which consolidates international efforts in raising funds to provide humanitarian support to Ukraine and its people. 

As humans and music obsessives we stand in solidarity with life and not with those who are determined to irreparably damage the fragile fabric of humanity.

Forever grateful for all of your support and we send our love out to those affected. Huge thank you to all artists involved in the making of this compilation.

For our first EP, we a honored to be working with a mix of local LA up and coming talent with some internationally respect artists as well. This release embodies the spirit of breaks pushing the limits of the genre with two originals from Etari diving into an elusive, yet methodical territory with beautifully processed vocal samples and tribal influences. As we enter our fourth year as a label, we welcome San Francisco based Chrissy to the Dansu Discs family for DSD017. He specialises in rave-influenced sounds, Chicago house, and disco, but his 20-year career has ranged from jungle to footwork to freestyle (he literally has it all!). His strong reputation as a ‘genre bending’ producer is one that is fully deserved and he proves just that in this record. On the B side we welcome back Soundbwoy Killah and Denham Audio, both providing a killer remix to top off one of our most exciting projects yet.
