He walked the city streets alone, isolated with little else but for his own emotions and thoughts. His feelings were wild and reckless, at least that was what he'd been told many times across what had been a lengthy career. Now he was beginning to doubt himself, was it time to give it all up and move on? Could it be time for something else? Did he have anything left to give? The sidewalk was a lonely placed for the common man, if you counted the faces of the people on the street you too would find a weight of sadness beneath each upturned smile. They all had feelings too. 

Of Paradise are set to release a new EP from Oall Hates, an aptly funny anagram for well, you know who. The "Tranceporter" EP is rowdy and energetic, we think you'll enjoy it. We do.

We have been given the pleasure of premiering a track from ANDRAS's first release as an independent label. The track in question is 'Cost Price' from Australian based selector and producer, DJ SUNROOF, who has had some serious releases on the likes of 3 Feet Deep, and specialises in the sounds of UKG, Breaks, and heavily infused Bassline tracks.

'Cost Price' is a minimal track, complete with breaks and ambient sounds that will truly brighten up your day.

Understated is thrilled to announce Garneau’s second EP with our label ‘Ivy’ featuring six tracks which are carefully crafted and organized to take you on a journey from start to finish. The first two tracks Spring and Autumn have more of a bright, vibrant house sound which then blends perfectly into the third track Rainforest which is electro and breaks driven but without sacrificing the peaceful, melodic sound. Next up is Snow which is also breaks driven with a beautifully composed, more upbeat melody. The title track Ivy is number five and is a groovy, lo-fi, late night track that then leads us into Agave which is emotional and deep yet celebratory and satisfying. Each track builds off the one before and strengthens the next and it is easy to hear Garneau’s voice in his thoughtfully produced work."

Boyard from Belfast Ireland, makes completely sick music and has his own imprint called Mystic Mountain Express and we trust those of a fine musical pedigree will check that out! We planned to release a complete album of these “old studio jams” but due to the sheer volume of wicked tunes felt it was better to break them down into two easily digestible eps. Fear not dear listener, both arrive with different tastes so you can enjoy them without moderation. A brief description of what transpires next: “Staring Into Space” is hot for the heads that love a square bass, and be honest ‘who doesn’t’? “Interstellar Express” comes strong on the breaks but has an understated acid vibe, with overlapping LFO sweeps and earworm vocal. A real groove builder. Totally spatial. “Night Shift” has a tribal dub mayhem meets a ”sort of Metro Area” vibe. Hard to not be into this. “Out of Sight” wraps things up with a 3/4 idm riddim thing going on and almost like a chem bros thing going on.. And i’m about it! Get lost in this collection of movin’ jams.
