Kevin OZ is not a new comer, but definitely an upcoming name to follow.
 
Under the Name "Young Pulse", this producer, remixer and Parisian mixing engineer is respected in the game of quality reworks and re-edits of Disco & Funk classics. Already approved by Dimitri From Paris, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Opolopo, The Reflex, Greg Wilson, Danny Krivit, Jellybean, Little Louie Vega, or Chez Damier (to name a few), Kevin OZ is about to enter the grand family of House Music.
 
From Radio Nova (Fr) to BBC One (Uk), the kid that recently teamed up with the Unity Agency for his bookings, already established solid foundations with his ambition to be a part of the House scene.
For his Voyeur Music debut, "The Preacher" is a track with a hidden idea.
 
This introducing pack includes various re-interpretations and alternative versions from different remixers in all genres. Dorian Craft delivers a big room & techy Remix, while Parisians from the Fatoumata duo offers a more spiritual one, with a particular afro touch. L.A's Thomas Toccafondi made a version full of lights for a late after party on a beach, Kley brings his Mental Ibiza experience, "Un Deux" rocks it into a Chocolate Funky traduction, which becomes totally Nu:Disco. And for the frosting on the cake, an early friend of the crew, the legendary pioneer Paul Johnson brings his famous Chicago tapping touch, in a spiritual synth way.

London DJ and producer Lex Luca follows up his highly-rated 'Bounce / Do It' release on leading UK house imprint Cr2 Records with another two hot house grooves on their sub-label Cr2 Trax.

Fast gaining a reputation as a talented producer, he's also a rising name as a DJ, having played alongside the likes of Dubfire, Todd Terry, Louie Vega, Coyu and Eli & Fur in recent times.

'I Feel' is propelled by classic house textures: chunky synth stabs, shuffling percussion and snippets of diva vocals. Fat snare builds and old skool break fills litter the breakdowns, with a seriously thick bassline groove underpinning the whole thing. 

'Best Thing About' is more of a heads-down affair, with a different flavour of classic techy stabs giving an atmospheric feel over a pumping groove and driving monotone bass. A commanding speech takes centre stage in the breakdown, and is deftly chopped and effected as a rhythmic element throughout the track. All in all it's another very solid and effective pair of tracks from this dependable producer.

"I'm really excited to be releasing my next EP with Cr2 Trax” he says. "I've been road-testing these two tunes at my recent gigs in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Miami and London and they've been getting a great reaction!" 

With support from the likes of Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Mark Knight, Roger Sanchez, Weiss, Mike Vale, these tracks come pre-approved and look set to make their mark on the biggest dancefloors across the world.

PREMIERE: Bellaire - "Ah" [AOC Records]

Milanese producer, James Brucke debuts on 1980 House Recordings for his first release on the label. Having released on other labels such as Listztomania, Pogo House and Piston Recordings, James brings the heat with this release.  Ain’t No Woman EP, is a 5 track release with 2 original mixes and remixes from 1980 House Recordings label boss, Jean Jaques AKA 1980, and French producer UN*DEUX. 

The opening track of the release, ‘Going Live (Original Vocal Mix)’, is a dreamy soulful house track with a powerful inspiring female vocal, a captivating melodic xylophone loop that entrances the listener while the airy strings uplift the listeners mood into a euphoric bliss relieving all worries.

Jean Jeaques AKA 1980, takes us down the rabbit hole with his remix of ‘Going Live’, with an uptempo beat and what seems to be a never ending keyboard loop that draws you deeper and deeper into the track until you’re in limbo where you’re all of sudden surrounded by angelic chords and strings to then be snapped out of it by the piercing percussion. Fair warning this track will take you a journey. 

UN*DEUX adds a deep house touch to ‘Going Live’, keeping the dreamy and soulful vibes from the original track but adding a groove inducing bassline and fluttery bongos to get the dance floor going.

The final track on the release is ‘She Loves It’, a 90’s New York house inspired track, with its gospel influenced piano chords, garage percussion sequences and a cerebral vocal that makes you feel like your back at Paradise Garage Night club dancing the night away in your starched pleated pants, oversized button down shirt and gold plated oval sunglasses.

Night Noise is ending 2018 strong with an EP from Berlin/Barcelona based duo 'Señora'. The EP 'Ritimo Casablanca' feature two original tracks showcasing their eclectic production style. Also featured on this release are remixes from 'Tulioxi' and 'James Rod', two of the labels favorite producers. The second track on the release 'Ugüaje Te-tengo' is a disco inspired house track with groovy guitar licks, funky bassline and distorted vocal loop sample that persist through the entire track. Listening to this track makes you feel like you watching a Quenton Tarantino movie. The EP will be available soon on Night Noise's Bandcamp.
