Rushing us headlong into a vorticist maelstrom of hard-edged drum stutter and polychromatic synth fragmentation, Sansibar sophomore long-player for Kalahari Oyster Cult - “Sans Musique” - tackles the very essence of post-trance-y, breaks-loaded UK blends with unabashed joy to wreak havoc on his path. Throughout seven tracks oozing burnt kerosene and depleted uranium residue merged with a hint of sacred incense, Sansibar deploys his extra-wide vision for the present and future of dance music.
Here we choose the cranking the 2-step/garage power levels up a notch via “Fantasmas” which sends us spinning into orbit right away.

SC is a new project coming from St. Petersburg (Russia) created by Meowsn and Street Choice. Here is a handsome slice of electro all the way from Russia. Skitcut's track "Kiss My Bass Girl" is a great piece of retro electro full of classic rhythms, FM synth lines, record scratches, and delightful vocal samples. It's a potent dance floor tool and a rad pastiche of 80s and 90s elements transformed into something that will surely work well into the future.

Strictly speaking, this one isn't a premiere, but we've made an exception for Bluff Records' debut release.

Originally released in 2000 as an extremely limited white label promo, Voy-E's 'Day Off' EP is a little known nugget of gold that was produced during Florida's breakbeat boom in the late '90s. Sadly, due to label complications, this gem never went on to receive the full release it deserved. Luckily for us, newly formed London-based label Bluff Records has stepped in to save the day - having spent months tirelessly tracking down the original label owner, who now resides in North Carolina, USA.

Lovingly restored from the original master CD, the EP consists of three beautifully crafted club tracks, each touching on elements of breakbeat, rave and electro. Our pick for the premiere is the title track 'Day Off'.
