Dimitris Kananis (DI.CAPA) was born in 1990.
His passion for music starts from very young age with hip-hop sounds and culture as a 90s kid.
Back in 2008 he started to approach a different style of music and then in 2013 he starts Audio Engineering Course at SAE Institute of ATHENS fact that made him focus more on production and changed the way of thinking and understand the music.
His music can be described as a blend of dark and light dancefloor energy with the hypnotic power of Techno music.
Nowadays his passion is experimenting in techno style.Creating a state of equilibrium between the club and a seductive and inescapable hypnosis, pushing forward ambient and hypnotic techno.

In these spring times we find the podcast series Inculcations for the sixth time. 
And this time, we have the pleasure of exhibiting the latest work of Lateral Movement. 

Since the Portuguese artist presented us his musical vision, we have become a fan of his universe. It is a privilege for us to have been able to collaborate with him on an innovative, almost experimental set. 

Through its set, Lateral Movement offers a slow and gliding techno. His impeccable and meticulous technique reflects the nature of his talent and his sharp selection underlines once again all the knowledge of the artist.

Tsott is a deep techno project from Tbilisi,Georgia that can be defined as conceptual storyteling with the music that is open to listeners interpretation. Exploring combination of sounds that can be deep, darker grooves alonglide with warm and delightful sounds, and strives to create balance between those harmonics.  Drives into deep horizon of emotions and tries to lift up inner feelings.

Active in the London scene with other projects in the fast and rave part of the techno spectrum, Concrete Gold is the new brainchild of the French producer, promoting slower BPMs, dub grooves and reverb-heavy atmospheric textures.

With the 81st Cellar Door being opened, the Australia based Morian Is inviting the listener on a journey through dreams of tribalism and hypnotism.

ARTIST’S BIO: 
"My musical foundations are rooted in AC/DC, Sabbath and Metallica and give rise to a love of 4/4 rhythm and the riff. From here they veered into where worlds collide – Pink Floyd met the Orb in a student dive and a love of electronica was born, encompassing pioneers such as Orbital, Leftfield et al through to UK D&B, taking in Kruder & Dorfmeister and the dub scene along the way.
The love affair however ended in the early nineties, I wasn’t feeling anything from electronica any more, but I knew the music I could hear in my mind must be out there - somewhere. My musical imaginations seemed to put all of the above aspects in place and was only discovered pre pandemic in the form of deep techno. This discovery so rekindled my love and excitement that I took the plunge into DJing - I wanted to take the music internally heard and create mixes to ease back to and soothe the soul. Voila. I hope you all get the same level of enjoyment from this mix, as I had creating it."
For this mix I was inspired by a thread on Hypnotic Techno Circle dealing with shamanism, psychedelic experiences and deep techno. I also had in mind the request from Marek to infuse some tribal elements, different tempos and time signatures. In this mix I hoped to re-create a trip into this realm - I think I have gone some way to achieve that. I do hope you all like it and can relate to what is, ultimately, a personal experience.
