"The enigmatic Hungarian female voice" experiments with traditional songs, mainly with those coming from her country, approaching them from different angles. In many corners of the world, the name and of course, first of all the voice of Budapest and Stockholm based Andrea Gerak equals Hungarian folk song. With Irish, Turkish, Bulgarian and other folk songs, she takes the listener to other lands as well, even to such exotic places as the Solomon Islands. Traditional, new age or acapella interpretations: mystery, magic, beauty, supernatural embraced in her timeless songs.

Born in Athens. Studied music theory, jazz and classical piano. Founding member of jazz, rock and alternative music groups such as “Diafana Krina” with discography and concerts in Greece and abroad. Composes music for Theater, Cinema, TV, Radio, Art Works. Orchestrates with the use of modern technology. Teaches music theory, piano, keyboards, guitar, bass and music technology. With his work supports the Human Rights.

Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε ανώτερα θεωρητικά, τζαζ  και κλασσικό πιάνο. Ιδρυτικό μέλος σε τζαζ, ροκ και εναλλακτικά  μουσικά σχήματα όπως στα Διάφανα Κρίνα με δισκογραφία  και εμφανίσεις σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό. Συνθέτει μουσική  για Θέατρο, Σινεμά, Τηλεόραση, Ραδιόφωνο, Εικαστικά Έργα. Ενορχηστρώνει με χρήση  της σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας. Διδάσκει  μουσική θεωρία, πιάνο, πλήκτρα, κιθάρα, μπάσο και μουσική  τεχνολογία. Με το έργο του υποστηρίζει τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα.
