Andreaux
Biography:
Andreaux (born February 12th, 1973 in Belfort, France) is a french Music Producer.
Andreaux has played a significant role in quite a lot of bands and artist’s life in the past 17 years. His first band, Guillotine Chorus - although never made it to a record press - pioneered the electronic and synth-pop music scene in the early 90s. He took part in different projects and produced music for other artists, signed numerous official covers as well as bootleg remixes of well-known names (Depeche Mode, Mylène Farmer, Ace Of Base, David Guetta, Yazoo, The Jackson 5, NOX, DaMage, etc. ) until just recently, when he emerged with own tracks under his own project name: Andreaux.

I'm a french expat living in hungary since quite ages, producing music for (let's hope so) everyone's pleasure. I have amassed quite a gear to make music, all I'm missing is time to dive into this digital delight.

I'm working with Logic Studio on a Mac Pro and hardware includes a couple of rackmount synths, big boxes with lots of knobs, a Roland and a CME master keyboard to drive all that. Although having quite a few synth legends left, I'm often working with software Virtual Analogue Synths because they simplify life quite a lot, but I'm more-and-more trying to put the analogue gear back to work because there is such a big difference in dynamics.

Beloved pieces I regularly use are my samplers (E-MU E5000 Ultra and E-MU ESI 4000 Turbo) and a couple of vintage analog synths (Moog, Korg) which all make the tracks they're used in sound sooooo fat :)

I have grown quite an excitement for remixing / reinterpreting / covering existing songs (Depeche Mode lately quite a lot). I'll be posting drafts and release material here so you can catch up with what is in the works :)

The Grand Ballad of the Faun - SAINT

This mix is a love letter to electronic music. I have included some of my favourite tracks from the last 50 years with the aim of it sounding like something you might have heard in either Danceteria or the Hacienda in the 70s or 80s. That said, there are few more recent bangers thrown in as well for good measure. Not my usual style but I really enjoyed making it and love the final result. Re-touched from the original file.

FOURTEEN97 has been working hard in the studio for some time now, having released on the likes of @techno-bible and our pals over at @grooved-selects-uk , whilst also releasing a stack of free download edits out on his Soundcloud! With all of this to show for himself, it was a no brainier for us when we heard yet another fire edit from the man🔥

Many have tried to recreate this classic, but not many have been as successful as FOURTEEN97 in doing so. Skippy percussion and delicate synth work combine perfectly with the driving bassline that captures the body of the original, with a 2022 spin📀

Depeche Mode - Behind The Wheel (Andreaux's Trippy Mix)

A cover/remix of Depeche Mode's Enjoy The Silence, featuring original vocals by Dave Gahan. Apart from that, everything has been reengineered from ground up using sounds from the legendary E-MUs, a Moog and other analogue sound sources.

This is my interpretation of this cool tune, hope you'll enjoy it!

New Order Vs Daft Punk - Blue Monday (Eric Prydz Remix)

I recently ran across the song "Üzenj Nekem!" (translates to "Message me!") by the amazingly talented young hungarian singer Attila László and immediately felt the urge to make a remix of his original song. Lyrics in hungarian are by Andrea Szenes.

Here's this amazing song with my little "je ne sais quoi" added. I hope you'll all love it just as I do. Enjoy!

This is my take on Pendulum's track "Granite".
I had great pleasure in working with this Granite track. The goal here was to keep as close as possible to the original track, but add my little "je ne sais quoi" to it without creating a completely different new track. I really hope you like it (give it a heart if so, I really appreciate it. Thank you!)
