Sydney based producer/DJ Andreas. debuts on Nightime Drama with four tracks of grooving, acidic dub-techno. Andreas is a record collector and employee of the Sydney based Something Else Records store. Being surrounded by endless crates oh hazy house and subtle techno and inspired by the meditative power of sound systems, the producer translates these influences into a very solid pack of punch deep techno drifters. With its dreamy pads, dub heavy stabs and vibrant drums, the Dune EP proves to be a well rounded serving of fresh dance floor grooves that emanate a quality far beyond that of a producers debut release!

While Touch of Loft is an Australian focused label, its members come from many backgrounds with friends and relatives all around the world. To show that we stand for safety, peace and unity, residents and friends of Touch of Loft put together this diverse compilation to raise money for humanitarian help in Ukraine.

As we're witnessing some of the darkest events of our lifetimes it can be difficult and overwhelming to decide how to help. We believe offering any small amount of help is a difference worth making.

We'd like to thank all artists that contributed their music for this cause and Cirrus Audio for mastering this release.

Music For Change is proud to present "Calm", a various artists compilation covering a range of electronic music designed for listening, from quirky, lo-fi beats to expansive ambient pieces.

100% of profits from this release will be donated to the NRCF's Resilience and Regeneration Fund (nrcf.org.au/resilience-and-regeneration-fund/), which is helping the Northern Rivers communities affected by the devastating March 2022 floods by providing ongoing support during the recovery and rebuilding phase.

This collection of songs came about at a time (2016) when my sole piece of gear was a Korg Microkorg, and it – alongside my speakers – lived by my bedroom window.

For nearly all of these tracks, the sole source is that simple, beautiful synth. I would record takes on top of each other, watching as the clouds went by. Rediscovered now, I've put them up as a reminder to myself as well how little you need to make something nice.
