As an antidote to the peak summer season in Ibiza, this month’s Music Medicine drops a meditative shamanic mix to lay back and chill out to, enticing you into deep relaxation (Earth) through increasing and decreasing waves (Water) to the peak of your edges (Fire) and back to your breath (Air).

“I recorded an immersive Gong Sound bath, then layered tracks, sound effects and original recordings of my shamanic drum, percussion and channelled words to encourage you into the depths of your being, in the hope that you emerge softer, lighter, more expansive and spacious,” says host, Iszabel.

There’s also a new track from D&B don, Bailey, an old school classic from Break Of Dawn and music by Axmod, Poranguí, SeaMoon and many more!
