This is an Elvis Presley track....I would say so in the title like "If I Can Dream" (Elvis Presley)...but, why do that when I could have fun? Are people going to recognize the song? Maybe people will assume I wrote it...and, maybe the younger ones don't even know who Elvis Presley is.  If people ask, I'll admit it...but, otherwise, let them say "Great tune, bro! Really catchy!" Thanks, Elvis....and, the beginning and end.....that is Jim Morrison causing trouble, he has a thing about people profiting from singers who have passed on.  I get it, I am on his side...and so, with Jim Morrison's input.....this is not to be so marketable.  I did it to show off......the same can be said for Hallelujah, so that people can say "this dude can handle Elvis" and "this dude can handle Jeff Buckley".  Why deflate a belief that only enhances my big ego?

If I Can Dream

Another piece based on the synth compositions from my long-past teenage years. The main theme (slightly rewritten) comes from a short piece I named The Mist Majesty, which, in my opinion, had a distinct autumnal flavor that I wanted to preserve and emphasize in this rewrite. It is also about something else, but autumn is unmistakably present, and I think the watercolor I chose as the cover fits perfectly.
