On the list of my concerns at the bottom’s earning money
Never liked the word “depression” I just think the term is funny
Like everybody’s normal, like life is always sunny

Like everybody's living in this land of milk and honey
The grass is always greener, the fence forever running
My goals are losing clarity events are never stunning
Sadness not a rarity, an issue I'm confronting

Emotional polarity, Growth I think I'm stunting
If you know me try and bare with me I swear a change is coming
Am I happy? I’d say barely my smile isn’t gummy
Put a mask on that disparity and hide the feelings from me
