KOS.MOS.MUSIC presents the second coming of "Kosmological Conspiracy".

It’s been 7 years since the release of the first album of "Kosmological Conspiracy" series. Time has shown that the release turned out to be one of the highest demands on the label. During all these years we have been gathering and preparing the material for Part 2 and the time has come.
Unlike to Part 1, the number of tracks has increased. Some of them have been received at the last moment  when the album had already been completed. That is why it was decided to divide the album into two volumes. 

Compared to the first Part, the new "Kosmological Conspiracy" is more tough and trancy, more mystical, with more ethnic motives, more mystery, more acid drills and psychoactive, surrealistic sounds and patterns. The album reveals atmospheric, techmospheric, artcore, techstep, liquid, halftime, jungle, drumfunk, rolling, electro and deep dnb, but all of them is a mixture of one would think various subgenres and is comprehended as one whole, united by a single idea and common sound.

General Midi, or Paul Crossman, who also performed under the name Fluid, came out of the Bristol club scene, making a splash when he became resident DJ at the Shimmy Club in 1994. His mix of breakbeat with nu-skool, electronica, house, and hip-hop made him a popular act.

Emerging from the backrooms of the Bristol Club scene his slick DJ ability and an ear for a great tune gave him regular appearances at breaks hotspots across the planet such as Fabric, Chew The Fat, Blow Pop, Sounds On Sundays (Sydney), Two Tribes (Australia), Zouk (Singapore), Budapest, all across the USA, Hungary, Spain, Serbia, China and Hong Kong. Teaming up with production partner Eelz, General Midi has been responsible for some of the most genre defining tunes in ‘The Westoner’ (’99) ‘Daft Funk’ (’01) ‘Further’ (’03) & ‘You will Be Under’ (’03), ‘Entertainer’ (’04), ‘Bass Rockerz’ (’04) & ‘House of Funk’ (’05).

General Midi’s singles have been released on some of the most respected breaks labels of the time, including TCR (Rennie Pilgrims label) & Kilowatt (Hyper’s label). In 1999 he released his single “The Westerner,” followed two years later by “Daft Funk,” the same year that his first full-length release, Genetically Modified. All of this has led to his debut artist album ‘Midi Style’ which was released on Distinct’ive Records in 2005. In 2009 he released his follow up album ‘Operation Overdrive’.

Paul Crossman also worked with writing partner and audio engineer Al Watson in the duo act called “Starecase”.

Currently Paul Crossman works as as a Teacher of Computing at Lampton School, London UK.

Recorded at the Psytribe/Techno Prisoners Holiday Precompression party, which was held an underground warehouse venue in Downtown Los Angeles on December 12th, 2018. The dancefloor was packed and jamming when I went on the decks from 1am-2am, and the response to my set was fantastic. The party was a big success, with lots of amazing local DJs playing both psytrance and techno in the two dancefloor areas. Looking forward to more parties like this in LA, long live the psychedelic underground!

Andy Tappin is a DJ, Producer, Scientist and avid electronic music lover of over 15 years on the scene. Spinning everything from House, Techno & Trance, Andy has honed his craft into Breakbeat! Over the last 5 years Andy has established himself as a respected producer & DJ in the scene with over 50 releases, on more than 15 international, leading & influential record labels.

His progressive style and consistant slick production with-in the modern day Psybreaks sound, has earned him great respect and many fans. Many of Andy's releases have reached the top 100 charts in all major download stores and many of them reaching the top 50!

Andy has performed at various clubs and festivals here in the UK, across Europe, and has graced the same stages and nights with legendary acts such as - Eat Static, Cosmosis, The Orb, Green Nuns of the Revolution, System 7, Liquid Ross, Astralasia, Transglobal Underground, OOOD, Hedflux and Guadi to name a few. 

He helps run Sub Element Recordings, which was voted best new label in 2014 at - Breakspoll (The International Breakbeat Awards). Andy was also nominated for an award in 2013 along with DJ Fastbinder for best radio show (Future Breakz Live). Andy now runs his own Psybreaks podcast (Elements), which has gained over 20,000 subscribers (in just 18 months), welcomed massive support, and is growing each day! 

Mr Faze  has recieved support from respected artists such as - Nick Sentience, Hedflux, Bad Tango, Broken Eye, OOOD, Monk3ylogic, Chris Voro, Pale Penguin, Llupa, Too Dusty, AP3X, Martopeter, plus many others.

With already an extensive discography - many productions, remixes and a brand new album planned for the summer, the horizon looks bright! :)

Expect to hear a lot more rolling psychedelic sounds from Mr Faze in the near future!
