A specially curated collection of tunes that encapsulates everything we love about our label and the community we’ve built around it. 

TRUTH has always lived and breathed music that is deeper, darker and dangerouser but we could never have dreamed of where the imprint is at now, through pure passion for and dedication to sound system culture.

What started as monthly Monday night in a 100 person capacity San Francisco basement in 2012, leading to our first release in November 2014 - Deep, Dark & Dangerous takes huge pride in representing the best of dubstep, 140 and bass music in a catalogue approaching 140 releases.

This celebration compilation of DDD’s first decade as an imprint is all about looking forward. 

Through an epic double album of original tracks, this is the cream of the crop - featuring our favourite big hitters and some of the hottest young talent in the underground. 

Decade showcases the best of where we’re at but also what the future holds for the scene we call home.

ANG LEON, The Lion, is coming in fierce with his style of mixing, bringing pounding Neurofunk, as well as Deep, Halftime & Tribal/Techy Drum'n'Bass riddemz to dance floors of clubs/events, and the grassy plains of the great outdoors. ANG LEON aka Mufasa has always had his paws dabbling in music, a talented musician with many instruments, and a deep love for sounds of all frequencies and vibrations. He focuses on bringing a unique energy and commitment to both DJing and music production alike. Fresh on the circuit, he's fast gaining momentum, pouncing on his debut set on Bondi Beach Radio's Bass Mountains Podcast alongside Sydney DnB heavyweight, Ncrypt, to great acclaim from the community. Aswell as frequenting the Breakneck Audio broadcasts, and now host of the Flying Forecast series. No stranger to the wild is ANG LEON having played many outdoor festivals, recently Nice It Up Bass Camp, Psyfari Festival, Dragon Dreaming Festival and much more booked in coming up! Supported the likes of Zombie Cats, RUFFHOUSE, Fuj, Dauntless, DC Breaks, FRANKEE, DOSE, Mind Vortex, and Cern, alongside some of the finest selektahs and producers around including Bruxism, Ncrypt, TRANSFORMA, Lockjaw, Zodiac, Daschwood, Blaine Stranger, and Chris White.
